Welcome to Jacksonville! The Courtyard Retreat was beautifully refreshed in July of 2026 with love, based on feedback from our very first guests. We've kept all the historic charm of this 1939 brick house while adding cozy new touches throughout: warm wood-textured LVP flooring, soft new furniture, extra lighting, and thoughtfully chosen décor. Sink into the new couches and loveseat in our open living room, or settle into the dedicated workspace to get things done.

The Courtyard Retreat is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment located on the first floor of the property. There is a cozy living room and dining room for your comfort. Our kitchen offers dinnerware, pots and pans, bakeware, a coffee station, a full-sized refrigerator, and a stove.
