PRIME LOCATION! Updated Townhome Close To Amelia Island Gems!

Come enjoy an Amelia Island getaway at our recently updated 2 Bed/1.5 Bath Townhouse! Our budget-friendly bungalow is located just 1/4 mile from Main Beach and 2 miles from the historic downtown Fernandina Beach. Plus, Fort Clinch State Park and Egan's Creen Greenway are a short bike ride away! Our townhouse is truly convenient to everything the island has to offer - and best of all, beach access is just a short walk across the street!

Situated close enough to the shoreline to hear the waves at night, our townhouse has been recently updated including new furniture, flooring, and upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms. From the lower level guests enter the living room, which offers comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. The dining area seats four and is right next to the renovated kitchen featuring all new appliances and counter tops. From the downstairs level, guests also have access to the laundry room with a washer and a dryer.

Both bedrooms are on the upstairs level. In the master, guests will enjoy a new king mattress and flat screen TV. Private balcony access can also be reached from the master bedroom.

The second bedroom offers two twin beds with new mattresses and linens as well. The main bathroom on the second level has a tub/shower combination and a new vanity with extra counter space. Guests are provided all fresh bed linens and bath linens, including beach towels.

Dogs are considered but they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs.

We had a car, so it was a straight drive to the Omni for the wedding and events Thursday and Friday nights. Very convenient and very clean - beds were very comfortable, plus we parked right outside the door!

Quiet 4 plex ..had end unit..easy to come and go..tried to call destination Amelia ,think it was around 8pm and got an answering service..wanted to rent a movie with wife as most of everything was closed early ..no answer from the property managerā€¦.I do like staying where I can immediately talk to the owner if needed ..great for a little getaway

First time in this area and it was great, the property is a couple of minutes walk to beach access. The area is quiet and clean and within a 10 minute drive to anything you should need. The property was clean and worked for us but with only one shower that maybe an issue for a larger or unrelated group. Communication was quick and efficient with the owners and they even help to accommodate us for an earlier check in when we arrived earlier than we thought we would. My daughter also managed to forget one of her favorite stuffed animals and they even called and offered to mail it to us. I wouldnā€™t hesitate to stay here again.

I admit, I was nervous! But the pictures did not lie! This beach home is lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I appreciated the beach chairs and buggy being provided. All of the amenities were great! And,, the home was thoroughly cleaned. A short walk to the beach entrance, coffee, and a great time. I would highly recommend this location.

We had a good time. Enjoyed some relaxation and time away from reality. We did have some of our belongings stolen at this residence, so I wouldnā€™t recommend leaving your stuffed unattended.
