Enjoy serenity on a deck overlooking small pond. This ground floor unit is in close proximity to all Forest Ridge amenities such as Pool, Tennis, Pickleball and great places to walk. Very easy access to the beach - just one block! Updated condo totally renovated throughout. And, it has a very nice view.

Amelia Island Family Getaway

My husband and I spent a week at this condo. It was exactly as the listing said. Very clean. Nice pool. People in the complex were friendly. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool. The parking was great , we had a designated space and there were plenty of visitor spots. An easy block and a half walk to the beach. Lotā€™s of restaurants close by.

Great location near the beach!

We rented this unit for six of our adult kids & significant others/friends. The decorations was very beachy, had all of the sheets, towels, and kitchen items that visitors would need. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. I highly recommend this for your family outing to Amelia Island!

A perfect vacation, highly recommend!

This property was so lovely! The keypad to enter made check-in a breeze, and we were greeted by a clean, cool, well-stocked condo. The beds were so comfy and there were plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels. The deck box had chairs to use for the beach and we also enjoyed the pool. We had bikes delivered from a local company and loved being able to bike all over for meals. The location is close to so many places to eat, and a quick drive to the historic downtown area or Fort Clinch. The kitchen had the basics we needed and even had an ice maker in the freezer. The community is friendly and quiet. We would definitely return!

Lovely community and condo, with pool, practically on the beach - easy, quick walk and very easily accessible. Not in the historic district but had wonderful restaurants in walking distance. Easy drive to anything we wanted to do. Host was clear and very responsive. Fabulous stay overall.

Perfect condo

We had a great week staying at Brendaā€™s condo. Check in was a breeze and she gives you all of the info you need for a great stay. The condo is beautifully decorated in a beach theme and was very clean. All of the beds were comfortable as well. The property was beautiful and well kept and the pool is nice and big and kept clean as well. There are tennis courts and a playground on site for little ones. Itā€™s takes less than 5 minutes condo to beach and there is plenty of room on the beach to enjoy. It is not crowded at all like some of the other places. I will definitely be coming back!!

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at this condo in Fernandina Beach, Florida. The unit was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen, which was fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking and dining in. It truly felt like a home away from home.The location was fantasticā€”a short, easy walk to the beach, and just a quick drive to the charming waterfront downtown area, filled with great restaurants, shops, and beautiful views.The condo itself was very comfortable and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Nice Rental

Clean and comfortable rental conveniently in a quiet location less than block from the beach access. Owner of the condo was very responsive to any needs and was great to work with during our 5 week stay. Condo is located in a dated complex that is in need of exterior repairs but the unit itself was very comfortable and had everything needed for our stay. Pool (not heated) area was nice. If you like to grill, be aware that the charcoal grill was located quite a distance away from most of the complexes units so it was not practical to use.Fernandina Beach had great restaurants and a wonderful beach to relax and ride bikes on.Highly recommend the area!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely, renovated condo! The host, Brenda, was incredibly detailed, kind, and communicative, making the entire booking process a breeze. The condo itself was well-appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, we loved the easy access to the beach just a block away! It was the perfect location for our Thanksgiving visit to see family. Highly recommend this property!

LOVED IT!!!

An amazing 3 bedroom unit which is nicely rehabbed with up-to-date appliances, dƩcor and furnishings. Beautifully done and VERY CLEAN!! These hosts knows what they are doing and how to make their guest feel at home. The property was quite and well maintained, with comfortable beds. Lots of fun in the pool and tennis courts. Great place to walk amongst the shaded trees, which give a reprieve from the hot sun. The beach really is a block away and an easy entrance to the beach is at the end of your road. it appears on the main road there is no parking. However the public beaches there are parking lots and is about 5 minute (or less) car ride. If you have a 4 wheel vehicle you can drive right ONTO the beach and tailgate. The only way to go in my opinion! Renting this place saved me $300 on a hotel bill that gave me far less then this place. We will definitely book this place again and so should you!

It was beautifully decorated, I am going to use some of the ideas at my home. It is very quiet and pleasant in the evening for sitting on balcony. Very clean everything worked the owner answered my email quickly and was very easy to talk too. Will keep their info for my next visit.

The condo is very well situated, near shopping and an easy walk to the beach. It is located in a private, quiet neighborhood that offers its own tennis courts and pool. Beautifully furnished and equipped with anything you need. Loved it!

We've stayed at Forest Ridge complex over 5 years. Love easy access to beach and walking distance to several waterfront restaurants/ bars. Staying at Brenda' s unit was wonderful, like waking into your friends home. Neat, clean and updated. Friendly beach vibe too. Lots of attention to detail. Appreciated quick personal communication. It was so nice she texted that cleaning crew was done and we could check in!

Great location and condo

This condo is tastefully and thoughtfully decorated and equipped. It was a perfect match for our group - four people plus a dog. It's in an excellent location - short and simple access to the beach, short walk to restaurants, services and entertainment. The unit is in one of the first buildings in the complex, and has a balcony with a great view of the pond. Hosts are responsive and excellent to work with. Would not hesitate to stay here again!
