With queen beds for four guests, pet-friendly policies, and ocean views from multiple levels, this is the kind of beachside base that makes a family trip genuinely easy.

The townhouse spans three floors, so it works well for two couples or a small family who want a little separation. Each bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress, luxury cotton linens, a firm and soft pillow set, and a sound machine — so light sleepers are covered. Both bathrooms are private, one per bedroom. The full kitchen has everything you need to cook most meals: stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a Nutri-bullet blender. The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig, coffee pods, tea, and cane sugar — no grocery run before your first morning cup. A washer and dryer in the unit handles a week's worth of beach towels without drama.

The outdoor deck space is where this property earns its name. Multiple levels mean you can catch the ocean breeze and the view without leaving the property — a genuine perk when you're staying more than a couple nights. Pets are welcome at $30 per pet per night, so the whole family travels together.

The ocean is a 100-yard walk — less than two minutes on foot. Salt Life Food Shack and Mellow Mushroom (craft pizza and local drafts) are both a 5-minute walk. Refinery Jax Beach, an oceanview dining spot worth the visit, is 7 minutes on foot. For supplies, Publix is a 2-minute drive. Engine 15 Brewing — a stop on the Jax Ale Trail — is 3 minutes by car. Winter beach weekends here are quieter than summer, with fewer crowds and easier parking on the street.

Self check-in is keyless — you'll get access through the guest portal before arrival. One dedicated parking spot is included, and a public lot with additional parking is about 100 feet away. The kitchen comes fully stocked with dish soap, paper towels, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bathrooms include full-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Beach towels and laundry detergent are provided. High-speed WiFi is included. Note that this is a 3-level townhouse — stairs are required. There is also a separate 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on the first level that can be rented alongside this unit for larger groups — ask us about availability. Construction in the area runs weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM through September, so mornings won't be fully quiet.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
