#2110 Topsail Dunes is a first-floor condominium in beautiful condition with a great view of the beach and ocean! Watch dolphins play in the surf and shrimp boats drop their nets in the distance for the daily catch. Gorgeous beach with a gentle slope into the ocean.

Condo is same level as beach walk and only one staircase up from the parking lot! Recently renovated unit with wood floors and a private balcony. Second unit from beach walk. Very close to pool but far enough away so not to hear the noise. Fully-equipped kitchen. TV/DVD in family room and bedroom. Washer/dryer. Push-button keyless entry which eliminates the hassle of keys! Our condo is in excellent condition and very convenient. The beach is beautiful, peaceful, and family-friendly.

Queen-size bed in bedroom; bunkbed in hallway alcove perfect for smaller person; queen size sofa bed in family room.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* Rates include sheets but please bring your own towels.

Relaxing Vacation Spot

Check in is super simple. Location is in an area with very little to do and minimal restaurants. However, a grocery store and more restaurants are only 15-20 minutes away. The lack of attractions really makes it feel like a VACATION, no pressure to sight see and go out to fancy dinners every night. Relaxing on the beach, by the pool, or on the balcony listening to the waves, is perfection. Our kids enjoyed staying here, too. The unit is close to the stairs to the parking lot and the beach is merely steps away, as well. The unit provided plenty of extra bedding, was beautifully decorated and clean. Our kids enjoyed searching for the tiny Jesuses around the unit. The pool gets VERY crowded during the day, but is well maintained. The beach was busy, but a lot of space to spread out. Perfect location to slow down and relax. The washing machine/dryer were very useful and appreciated.You do have to bring your own towels, paper towels, toilet tissue, (laundry soap if you plan to do laundry), and trash bags, so keep that in mind.

Welcomed by “clean”

A stay away from home has all kinds of pros and cons. As soon as I opened the door, the smell of “clean” pleasantly took me by surprise! Not a single negative thing about this place. The owner is very responsive and helpful. This 1 bedroom 1bath is very open, airy, and light. Cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. (Huge plus) The beach and ocean are literally just steps away and can be greatly enjoyed from the balcony as well since it’s so close! Perfect vacation gem! I will definitely go back time and time again!

Awesome GETAWAY

This place was just what my husband and I needed! It was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. We also appreciated that the Host messaged us after we arrived to Make sure everything was ok. We especially loved how close we were to the beach!

Our third time here and we love it. Wonderful location, beautiful view, convenient 1st floor and so close to the beach. Condo has everything you need. The added hooks in the hallway for towels were very helpful.

Lovely, clean, and comfortable.

Perfect little oceanfront condo. Right by the parking lot, one flight up, right next to the beach access steps. It is clean, fresh, tasteful, & pretty. The kitchen was great w/pots, utensils, etc. Just basics on seasonings, etc., but I prefer to use my own anyway. Appliances were clean and in great working order. Small bathroom but nice huge tub & good shower. Very convenient little washer/dryer in hallway. The complex is well kept & nicely landscaped w/flowers & shrubs, nice picnic area. It sits RIGHT on the beach, which is wonderful. (Best time for walking is low tide when the beach is wider.) The pool is pretty & appealing - it opened for the season the second day I was there & was instantly filled with happy swimmers. It's spacious, with plenty of pool furniture. Right by the ocean. Had a little trouble with the lock - mostly my fault. Instructions were slightly misworded but mainly it was that I was doing it wrong. It is one of the older locks w/the pad separate from doorknob instead of all in one. I was entering the code & just turning lower doorknob instead of simultaneously turning the upper knob and lower knob. Cathy bent over backwards to help when we thought it was a problem besides "user error". :) She was very responsive. This little place was just right for what I needed. Highly recommended.

Incredible

The condo itself was perfect. Had everything we needed and then some. The short walk down to the beach was perfect cause we’re in our 70’s. The deck was wonderful. We never once ate inside at the table. We did have some trouble getting the tvs working but my husband eventually worked them out.

Get away!

We hadn’t been to the beach in years. This was a wonderful weekend. View was perfect! You can live on the balcony. Host thought of everything! Sewing kit.. ✅ Scissors ✅ Fully functional kitchen. ✅ Yet a quiet bedroom . It’s all there.

Decent Little Place

Not a bad little condo. Would be good for a couple but with 4 people it was really tight. Location to the beach access was the best part. The room was relatively clean but condensation from the HVAC ductwork is causing some mold above the washer and dryer unit and the ceiling is starting to sag. Nice kitchen and ocean view.

Great place!

This was our 2nd time staying here. Right on the beach and so convenient being on the first floor close to the beach access. Love sitting on the balcony with a beautiful view. Has everything you need. No problems with the wifi this time. Cathy is fast to respond to messages and makes the whole process easy. Thanks for another great week!

Nice Place!

Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. Always got answers to my questions right away. Easy access to the beach, beautiful up close view of the ocean. You do have walls on either side of the balcony giving you shade all the time which is nice when it is so hot, but doesn't allow you to look up and down the beach, only straight out. Super comfy bed and furniture and have lots of kitchen supplies for cooking. The one thing that could be added to be helpful are some hooks somewhere to hang wet towels and swim suits. Maybe close to front door for beach towels and in shower for wet suits. Wifi did not work at all for us. Asked a neighbor if they got service and she said hers was great and they had routers throughout. Not sure if that was the difference or not. Had very minimal connection with our server. Overall it was a nice place!

Best location

First of all, the condo was beautiful and very clean. It was literally steps away from the beach. You cannot get a better view of the ocean. It was perfect for my little family. We plan to try to stay in this exact condo next year. It exceeded my expectations.

Just what we were looking for.

Our biggest thing was the deck looking right over the beach. Also, there was plenty of space for the two of us. We hadn't been to Topsail Island for a few years, and it worked out better than we remembered. Very nice long weekend.

Beautiful view!

First, our host was so helpful even before arriving to the property! The location was a little bit further from Surf City, the center of the island, but that didn't matter. You could not be any closer to the ocean - the view was unbelieveable - coffee on the patio every morning was amazing! Thank you to Cathy - she was wonderful - we would love to come back!! Great beach access

My young kids and I really enjoyed staying here. The beach was close and the unit itself was well stocked. It’s a little bit of a drive to surf city and some of the more touristy things but we made it work. And now we know for next time. I’d definitely stay here again.

The perfect oceanfront location for a quiet getaway.

Cathy's condo was perfect for our week long getaway. It is modern and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook when we didn't go out. Great views from the balcony. Going in September allowed us to enjoy the quiet beach which we walked several times a day. I would highly recommend Cathy's condo if you visit Topsail Island.
