Received a text the morning of checking saying it would be cleaned prior to arrival. It was not. Cobwebs at the door lock told us it hadn't been opened in a long time. House was dirty. Hot tub did not work. Pool was dirty and filter was clogged with debris. The Game Room was definitely not that. Games were broken or missing pieces. Tv was pixeled and had no good pic (was dark and all red towned to boot). We checked out the next day askibg for a refund. Only only responded with house and pool can be cleaned. No refund given. Well I was told it'd be clean prior to arrival so we left..not staying and paying for a place we can't do anything at while it rained. I'll be chatting with VRBO if no refund given by owner. Steer clear of this one. Wish we'd seen the bad review this past Feb (probably last time it was rented out) prior to renting a year ago.

Lots of comfy space to spread out. Beds very comfortable. Biggest disappointment was that we booked this to use the pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub didnā€™t get cleaned till Thursday and the hot tub we found out had the heater on order for it. So we didnā€™t use either. The owner did a small reimbursement since we werenā€™t able to use them.

Neighborhood is quite but looks dangerous. Overall the place was filthy. Pool and hot tub should not even be part of the listing since you can't use it(dirty and half full). Only one bathroom had water pressure. I would not bring a family here.

Leonardo was fantastic! He was very communicative, and his place was perfect for me and my 2 sons trip to see the Jets vs. Jaguars game. The We will be back! ace was clwan and well kept.

Leonardo is an excellent host. We had a minor issue with the pool and when I reached out Leonardo immediately responded and had someone there within an hour. The property isn't perfect but it made me feel more comfy having my kids there! The neighbors partied a good bit so it could get loud at times but overall that was a minor complaint and not in anyway in control of the host. I highly recommend this place and we will be back!

When we arrived, check-in was a breeze. We were able to get in and get settled very quickly and relax a bit before heading out for dinner. The location of the home is fantastic as everything you need is practically just around the corner. Everything from grocery stores to restaurants to pretty much any store you can think of, is right there for your convenience. The neighbors are super friendly which is always a plus. The house itself is nice and roomy and well laid out. We all enjoyed the pool and the family room, which is where we spent most of our time. The beds are SUPER comfy, and they were hard to leave honestly. All in all, we were very pleased with everything this home had to offer. The property owner was top notch and always replied and got back to me almost instantly with all the answers to my many questions. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed the place there issues that came up that were out of his control but the way he Handled it OMGEE I was floored. The microwave went out and we discovered it the first day. I was really just contacting the host to let him know but he overnighted a new and better one and it was on the porch the next morning. Thatā€™s the type of host youā€™re getting here. My children and I were in town visiting my sick mother and this place made that part easy. Iā€™ll definitely be coming to stay on my next visit. Thank you for every thing

Check in was very simple, the place was very clean when we arrived and the landlord was very responsive...at first. The bad news started shortly after checking in. The only enquiry I made before booking was if the pool was heated and I was advised that it is not heated, but the they hot tub was. We quickly discovered that neither was heated and typically full of leaves. No biggie...we just moved on. Its a very nice house with lots of room and very comfy beds. However it is very tired. The laminate floors in the kitchen and dining room are puckered from water damage and the carpeting is also pretty old and nasty looking. Then found that the following other items did not work...ice maker, oven, microwave, and while there was hot water the water pressure was very low when it was on. The sliding patio door also didnt have a lock...there was a tiny piece of wood used as security. Based on the scary neighbours accross the street, it did not instill much confidence. We were just a couple of buddies on a golf trip so we didnt complain,we just made due with the stove top and grill. The straw that broke the camels back however was on the final night when the grill ran out of propane and I asked where the spare was kept. I was advised rather unceremoniously that it was my problem as it was a BYOP! I ended up having to find a propane center that was open and having to swap out the tank. Pissed! I have since asked the owner for some compensation and been accused of blackmail.

I really wanted to fall in love with this property as I frequently travel to the area for work- but it has a tiny way to go for me. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, there is obvious water damage to the floors in the kitchen and by the backdoor, and the cleaning was average. None of the mattresses had covers on them, just sheets. However the location is great! Itā€™s a quiet neighborhood with easy access to major roads and necessities nearby. The living room was awesome for lounging. This is a new listing as of the time of my stay, and the owner was incredibly responsive to my messages- super nice guy. This place has charm, you just have to let it grow on you. Also did not use the pool as it was littered with leaves and pine straw upon our arrival.
