Come enjoy our 3/3 condo, we used to live here - it is super luxurious: gathering spaces, executive two-desk office built-in, en-suite bathrooms for every bedroom, big balcony, full kitchen - you'll want to move in.

Master bedroom has a King size bed.
2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds
3rd bedroom has a queen size bed

Jax Beach is open! Visit fun bars, loads of tasty restaurants, great shopping.

Beautiful condo, great location, wonderful hosts

This is a beautifully decorated home-like condo with everything you need for a great getaway. Ocean view, easy access to beach, close to great eating and shopping. The host is very responsive and willing to help if needed. Will definitely stay here again.

First trip to Jacksonville!

The accommodations were absolutely perfect for me and my niece. It was one block from the beach so she got her sunrise beach walks in and close to Mayo Clinic so it was convenient for my reason to be in Jacksonville. The unit was safe and secure and clean and comfortable Oh, and easy on the eyes! I wish it were available for my visit the end of the month but it’s booked! Hard to find something that good in place of it.

Great Property

Our family of 8 adults and one baby stayed at this condo for four nights when we were in town for a wedding. The condo is amazing!! It was very clean, even clean enough for the baby to crawl around on. The master bedroom was nicer than anything I’ve ever seen before, much less slept in. Huge!! The condo was well stocked with everything you could need, including toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods and tea, soap and shampoo. I had a question after we checked in and I got a response quickly. It’s close enough to restaurants that we were able to walk. It’s only a block from the beach and you can see some of the beach from the balcony. I would definitely stay there again if I’m in the area in the future!

awesome place to stay

we booked a golf trip and stayed here one night. before going to TPC the next morning. Love this place. very clean. balcony is great. you can walk to the beach, restaurants, bars.. nothing but great things to say.

Safe place with kids close to beach

Short walk to small organic grocery store, ice cream shop and the beach. Secured building friendly neighborhood. You can rent bikes from the Hampton instead of going a mile away!

Property review - was very pleasant

The unit was better than advertised. Well stocked in the kitchen and all 3 bathrooms. Was off the main road a couple of blocks so was fairly quiet. nice side view of the ocean, as it was breezy the days we were there, the wind did not bother us. We really enjoyed our stay. Exceeded my expectations!

Spacious and very clean

We absolutely loved this place. It is very spacious and clean, had everything we needed, and is in walking distance from the beach. The elevator had a break down but there are stairs to get to the unit also. The host responded right away each time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this place.

Beautiful inside :)

Inside the condo was absolutely beautiful and roomy. Had a hard time finding the unit because it is down an alley and there is no address or unit # listed on the outside of the building. The refrigerator need a new filter so the ice maker didn't work, called the 2nd to let them know but they never came and replaced it. Ice cube trays leaked water all over the freezer. Master bathroom was huge and amazing tile work, the other bathrooms were spacious and beautiful. Someone in the building was smoking cigarettes' and marijuana and the smell kept coming through the air vents, which was unpleasant for us and our young children. Overall the place was perfect for us just wish we had ice so we could fill up our water cups when we were out and about in the heat and didn't have the unpleasant smell of smoke when we were at the condo. Definitely would recommend the place

Amazing Family Vacation!

This beautiful property had everything we needed. The upscale decor and the amenities offered made us very comfortable during our five day stay. The owners were very responsive. We walked to the beach and enjoyed the many restaurant and shopping options close by.

Awesome Place

Everything was modern and very high quality. The short walk to the beach was a plus. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrella were provided. Definitely vacation ready when you arrive.

Lovely Beach Getaway

The family and I stayed here over Christmas. The space is beautifully decorated and has every amenity you could ask for. The beach is a stones throw away and is an ideal spot for an array of beach activities. If you want a beach getaway this is the house for you.

Terrific Beach Vacation!

The condo is higher end and very nice. It is spacious, tastefully decorated and has numerous nice touches and little "extras". The host is a very good communicator and very nice. The condo is in an excellent location - very easy close access to the beautiful beach, walkable to numerous restaurants and bars, and within a close drive of most stores you might need. We would definitely recommend staying there.
