"This is one of the nicest lake homes we have rented. The house included everything you needed to spend the week at the lake. Very easy to drive to Tyler.The outdoor patio furniture was awesome. The beautiful view was remarkable. Cotton mini catfish off the dock.We will definitely rent it again."

"Location was ideal for what we needed. The property needs a detailed cleaning. The backyard still contained streamers from past guests. We found dirty pans in the cabinet when we tried to make breakfast. Lots of food crumbs and pet hair in between the couch cushions when pulled the remote out. It worked for a few nights, however, feel it is hard to justify the extra 100 pet fee for cleaning when the property wasn’t clean to begin with."

"Unimpressive drab home. The a/c wasn’t working upon arrival. It was in the 90s so the house was hot. By the time this Service tech arrived at 9PM Thursday it was 76 degrees. He found that condenser was clogged with debris. It needed to be cleaned before other problem area, if any, could be determined. He didn’t have a means to clean so left saying he would be back on the WEEKEND. The temperature finally got down to 71 during the night but once we got up Friday morning it started going up again....
