"Deer were beautiful but quite a nuisance. Tons of waste in the yard making it difficult to be in the grass. The property as a whole is lovely. Great location."

"From booking and first communication to last, the host was responsive and thoughtful. Upon arrival the accommodations were clean and well represented as photographs showed with a fresh baked snack on the table. The property is inviting, clean and well maintained. A family of deer shared the early mornings with us and a flock of Tom turkeys showed up in the yard for a mid morning snack. Will definitely be staying again, when time allows."

"The apartment was a comfy place to base ourselves out of while attending weekend wedding celebrations. It was just the two of us but with 4 bedrooms, the place could have accommodated many more. It would be a great place to stay if you were wine tasting in the Applegate Valley. The little restaurant downstairs served a great breakfast too!"

"Lovely space! the best part was the location in Applegate to access our many day adventures— also, we really enjoyed the sweet, well cared for animals that loved eating apples from the orchard. The river access was a highlight for morning coffee too! "
