"Lovely cottage in a great location in Jacksonport. Right next to the park and public beach. We loved the 1950s decor with the modern amenities. Comfortable and clean. My only recommendation would be to flip the doors on both the washer, dryer and the refrigerator to make them all easier to get in and out of. Otherwise the place is perfect. "

"Having never stayed at the Waterbury we didn't know what to expect but ended up enjoying our stay there. The hotel overall is kept clean. The 2 bedroom loft plus pullout bed provided decent room for 5 of us, including 3 adult children. The grill and gas fire pit with seating area out front is very nice. Both pools (indoor/outdoor) and hottub were clean and provided an enjoy spot to spend time in the water. The grounds of the resort are maintained very well too. Only the landscape islands...

"Stayed 10 nights and the house is fantastic! Spacious, clean, well stocked for meal prep needs! Two fridges came in handy for our family gathering. Area is great for morning walks, grill available for cookouts, beach chairs and bikes were used often. Would highly recommend and the host was incredibly responsive. "

"We all had a wonderful time, it is in a great location. Perfect place to relax! We had two older teen boys with us and even they had a great time! They lived in the kayaks, they fished from them and also from the dock. We all enjoyed the game room and yard games. The coffee bar was a nice little perk, especially on the chilly mornings. My husband and I took a bike ride around the neighborhood and everyone was so friendly. We would absolutely recommend the Lake Haus!"

"The property on Lake Michigan was exactly what I expected from the online photos. It was a beautiful place to relax on the beach and enjoy the sunshine.The bonfire pit was a great addition for us to enjoy. The cottage was clean and gave a perfect amount of space for the size of my family. We are definitely going to come back next summer!"

"The home is gorgeous inside with stellar lake views; the only logistical issues are with missing silverware - not enough for a full complement of guests. We cooked often, made use of the charcoal grill, went canoeing with an assist carrying from one of the neighboring houses and bought firewood from a nearby stand but never did get out to light one.
