Please know that our guests appreciate our healthy balance...as dog owners ourselves, we do love and welcome dogs and yet, it's understood that the $150 per stay cleaning fee is needed to cover the added costs to get a VIPooch occupied room upon its departure perfectly ready for our next guests. We have also learned that a dog left unattended in a hotel room is not healthy for their well-being, as a dog will become stressed being in a new environment, resulting in whining, barking, or scratching, and therefore creating noise disturbances for our other guests. We do work with local dog sitting services that offer great resources when guests prefer to do their activities without their four-legged friends. Our goal is simply to always ensure happiness for all of our guests, whether they're dog owners themselves or not.
