Regarding the lack of air conditioning, we understand that the summer heat can be uncomfortable at times. We try to be as transparent as possible with our listings and show each unit having or not having AC. All of our units without AC do have fans in all of the bedrooms to help circulate air. While the majority of our guests find this to be enough to keep them comfortable since temperatures drop so significantly in the evening, we are sorry to hear this wasn’t the case for your group. We are happy to hear you found the price reasonable and that our host team was attentive to your needs. While some aspects of your stay were not perfect, we are committed to making necessary improvements for future guests. Hi Tom, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at Town Square Hideout 4A. We are truly sorry for the negative impact these items had on your stay. We wish you had let us know of your disappointment during your stay, as we would have loved to address many of these items right away. Since receiving this feedback, we have replenished the teaspoons and corkscrew, and added stemmed wine glasses, as our team found a large number of stemless wine glasses at the home. Our team was not able to replicate any issues with the cable box, but the TV has since been replaced. We are also pleased to report that we have a new loveseat on order! Our linens and towels are hotel-grade and commercially laundered between stays in order to adhere to our high cleanliness standards. This professional laundering can lead to some heavier wear, and while we do have quality checks in place, it is possible that some towels that were due for retirement may have snuck through. We would have been happy to deliver a fresh set of towels had we known of your disappointment! All of this said, we do understand the desire to unplug on your vacation, and hope that the compensation we issued reflects our sincere apologies. Hi Jeff, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on your time at Town Square Hideout 4A. We are very sorry to hear of the disappointing aspects of your stay. We wish we had known of the damaged kitchen inventory as we would have been happy to deliver replacements during your stay. That being said, we understand wanting to stay unplugged while on vacation and apologize that our team did not take note of this prior to your arrival. We also sincerely apologize for the discomfort your children experienced with the sleeper sofa. We have not received negative feedback on this in the past but will be sure to check on this for our future guests. As for the furnishings in the common area, we do believe this is accurately depicted on the listing but apologize for any inconvenience your family experienced due to the lack of a formal dining space. Our digital locks are programmed to be activated at check-in time, 4 PM. We will adjust this for early check-ins if we are notified by our inspections team that the home is ready prior to 4 PM. We are disappointed to hear that the home was ready early for your family and this was not internally communicated to accommodate early access. We will be sure to address this with our teams and sincerely apologize for the wait you experienced. Hi Joshua -- I am so sorry that you had such a bad experience in our apartment! I would have hoped that you would have contacted us immediately with any of these concerns -- we have lots of extra sheets, towels, pillows, etc that can all be exchanged out quickly. We also store extra toilet paper and paper towels in the hallway closet for guests to replenish and I'll make a note to make this more clear for our future guests. I really do appreciated all your the comments and will work towards fixing, as you mentioned most of them are easy and involve a conversation with our cleaning help (who are usually really terrific). Especially appreciate the tip about the noisy neighbors next door as we know those landlords and can work to have this resolved asap. All the best, Carolyn
