"In the summer, this place is probably great as the other reviews have indicated. However, I would strongly recommend not staying here in the winter. The temperature fluctuated too much to be comfortable, the lighting is glaring blue fluorescent overheads with no bedroom lamps in either room. The bed was made with a top sheet and a summer quilt with no extra blankets in the building. When we asked for more blankets, the owner brought one old throw blanket for our family of five. "The house was beautiful and clean with an amazing view of the lake, our host was so kind, accommodating, and communication was excellent. We will definitely be coming back during the summer to utilize the lake. It was a great house to celebrate our Christmas Eve and Christmas morning with our adult children. "The property was overall very good and adequate. Location was great. Each room had individual HVAC devices which was great since each of us could set temperature to our liking. Only negatives were that outside stair rail was a little loose and the floors were very creaky."
