"Clean space and great location!"

"We had a really great stay at Michael's house in Bethal. We travelled with adults and several teenage boys celebrating our son's 17th birthday with a few days skiing at Sunday River. The house had everything we could have needed for 3 adults and 6 teenage boys We cooked all our meals in the kitchen and it is stocked with every dish, utensil, pots, pans and more than enough space. The teens absoultely LOVED the first floor to themselves. The bedrooms, game room, hot tub etc. It was really nice...

"We spent 2 nights at this little slice of heaven for my mother’s 70th birthday . We had a small group of us stay the 2 nights and some extra friends/ family visit one of the days to celebrate . Even with rainy weather we had such a great time! The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves , including an array of games! The property was beautiful and easy to find . We found a lovely coffee shop in downtown Fryeburg that had delicious coffee , bagels, and pastries . Would highly recommend!...

"You could not ask for a better host! He is very communicative and helpful. The entire property is designed with convenience and comfort in mind. The listing welcomes couples but we came here with our tween kids, and it was PERFECT. The incredibly clean hot tub was much appreciated after long days of skiing, but our favorite way to end the day was with some friendly, family competition downstairs in the game room. "Our stay at Applebrook was wonderful. We had 15 people (10 adults and 5 kids ages 8-1). We rented it because it is only a 3 minute ride to Santa’s Village. It was very comfortable and more than enough room for us.The kitchen, dining area and living room are all huge. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area."

"Loved everything about this house. Private, clean, and modern. Had all the furnishings we needed for 4 night's. We will be back. Only negative thing which was not due to host, was Conway fire ban so we were unable to have a fire outside. Also they had a dog bed and my dog was thrilled."
