"Property is dated and in need of some repair. Could not get the door to lock when we closed it. When we did we had difficult getting back in the room. One of the ice machines was broken so we had to go to a different building to get ice. Sheets were clean but had some stains. There were a few slices of bread a couple of bagels and coffee set out for breakfast. Not really any amenities. "

"I had a wonderful stay at the stone cottage in Knoxville!!! It was well stocked, host added a lot of extras, the house was very clean, and host communication was great!! It was a little oasis in the middle of the city and my stay was relaxing. Great fenced yard for the pups too!!! Thank you!!! "

"Overall the property was exactly as advertised. Extremely quiet neighborhood, which was perfect. As others have noted in their reviews, there was definitely a mustiness to the house, but to be expected with the basement built into the hillside. The owners do have air purifiers running to counteract. The owners are extremely responsive. They have a nice detailed handbook with items about the house, as well as restaurants, sites to see, etc.Overall a good place to stay."
