The Space:

This stylish home offers a spacious open-plan layout with a contemporary kitchen, dining area, and comfortable lounge, creating the perfect space for families or groups to relax together. Three inviting bedrooms provide restful spaces to unwind, while large windows throughout the house fill every room with natural light.



The bathrooms are spacious and modern, and the warm decorative touches throughout the home create a cosy home-away-from-home feel. For extra privacy in the evenings, the lounge area can be closed off from the bedrooms and main living space.



Step outside and enjoy the generous outdoor area, complete with a BBQ, outdoor dining setting, and a small coffee table for your morning coffee in the sun. A box is provided with outdoor cushions, along with blankets to keep you warm while enjoying the fresh air.



With sunny windows in every room, the house feels bright, warm, and welcoming year-round. The living room features a large couch, TV, and board games to keep everyone entertained after a day exploring Queenstown or skiing in the mountain.



Bedding Configurations:

Bedroom 1: 1 King Sized Bed (this can be split into 2 Single Sized Beds)*

Bedroom 2: 2 Single Sized Beds (this can be put together for a King Sized Bed)*

Bedroom 3: 2 Single Sized Beds (this can be put together for a King Sized Bed)*

*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes made after check-in.



Baby Accessories:

We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.



House Rules:

Maximum of 6 guests

At least one guest must be over the age of 25

No pets, parties, or smoking indoors

3-night minimum stay applies during December 20 – January 5



Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including all living areas, kitchen, laundry, and the secure garage. Free on-site parking is available in the garage and driveway.

Located in a quiet residential enclave, this home is just minutes from the entrance of the Remarkables ski field. You’ll also be a short drive from Queenstown’s restaurants, shops, and lakeside attractions, while still enjoying a peaceful mountain setting.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for ease of travel. The home includes a garage and off-street parking. It’s only a 10-minute drive to Queenstown Airport and 12 minutes to town. The ski field access road is only a few minutes away—ideal for winter guests.



Other Things to Note:

The home is well-insulated, double glazed, and equipped with two heat pumps for year-round comfort.
