"A friendly, beautiful"

"The hotel was very authentic and this is the experience we were looking for. The staff were nice and helpful. Everything was great."

"This was such a nice ryokan that is friendly to foreigners. I want to thank the front desk staff because without them we would have missed our shinkansen to Osaka. The weather was very rainy so the taxi services were not being reliable. The hotel staff took it upon themselves to use their hotel driver to take us back to Atami station.

"Exceptional. Every detail is well thought of and executed. Exceptional service and hospitality."
