"This was my second stay here at Meadow view Cottage. Beautiful garden with a great place to sit at the end to chill with a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Plenty of pubs to choose from, a great Indian restaurant (Onion Bhaji) and a great walk from Long Melford to Sudbury along the tree lined disused old railway track."

"The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped (modern gas cooker, TV, WiFi, books and games, large supply of basics e.g. sugar, tea, coffee, sauces etc.). We enjoyed the secluded garden overlooking the golf course and the frequent sightings of squirrels, moorhens, pheasants and deer."

"Such a cute, cosy and well equipped hideaway. Great location for exploring the area. Lovely bedroom with comfortable bed. Extensive collection of reading material to browse and enjoy. The little local store a few paces away had everything needed to stock up and the hotel/ pub The Fleece was perfect for a drink in the evening."

"Excellent communication from Helen, she always replied really quickly and was very helpful. The barn was lovely, such a peaceful location and the hot tub was amazing! We loved using thr pool table and the table tennis table and we had some great bbqs. We walked into Eye one day and drove to Framlingham one day, both are worth a visit. We loved the little dog, Raf, who kept coming to see us. He was a great playmate for our dog! We had such a great time and loved the barn and facilities so much...

Shop, cafe , bakery & chip shop on your doorstep. Welcome basket was very much appreciated as I did leave some essentials. "Hotel and facilities excellent, room spacious with comfortable big bed, air con that worked perfectly, great breakfast and helpful staff. Ideal, but due to works going on, my room was over a temporary generator that ‘fired’ up every 30 mins or so all night, workmen then started at 7:30 both mornings with the ever ending beeping of their forklift.
