Our House Rules: Cleaning: At the end of your stay, please ensure that dishes are washed and any large messes are looked after. A/C: The villa has a number of AC units to keep you cool and comfortable during your stay. As electricity is a premium, we ask that you please close your doors when using the air conditioning units. The units also have a tendency to malfunction if doors are open so we ask that you make sure the unit is sealed before running them for long periods of time and please refrain from leaving the AC on when not in the unit. Pool: The condo has a beautiful private pool for you to enjoy. We ask that you don't bring glass into the pool at any time.

nice but hot

Overall the property is getting rundown and with average to poor maintenance. The flipside is that the location was excellent to our race, which made it bearable.The AC failed on weekend of our stay, and although CPM did some actions to help, the result was that the room was hard to sleep in being very hot. I especially reached out to make sure AC was ok before booking to hear all is great, so just unfortunate that it failed in our weekend, the day of race. The mobile unit brought-in was in poor order, and the man who brought it didnt have basic tape to get the exhaust taking out hot compressor air. Stupid. Worst of all CPM seems to be run by younger people who tried hard to charge me 2 cleaning fees, because listing was setup wrong. I finally was successful after 30 communications to get a refund on 1 fee, but it sure was a pain to deal with such basic thing like this.Overall the apartment was well situated, the shop owners under the apartment, OMAR specifically, were truly “nice people” and went out of their. Way to be friendly and helpful. The location was great. The layout was fine for 2 BRs AC but the loft beds were unconditioned and warm. If its not 95F probably would be fine sleeping for 8ish. Booking with CPM directly probably would have helped.

February 2023 stay

Our family came to stay for two weeks in this loft. It was the first time to Ixtapa for some of us and a repeat trip for two of our group. The loft is in an excellent location to be near everything you need. There were a few minor things to let the property managers know about but staff were prompt to reply and help rectify and fix for us. Lots of stairs but we knew that before we arrived. Excellent get away from the snow of home and we would love to come back again.

Central Location, felt like home

Ok, so I have to say, when we initially checked in, I was a little taken-a-back. This property seriously needs a new paint job, and the kitchen wasn't as clean as I would've preferred, however, we were there for two weeks, so a quick wipe down sufficed. It didn't bother me to do that at all. It is the guests responsibility to clean the kitchen before leaving, so my guess is the previous tenants did not, and perhaps the cleaning crew didn't have time? Idk but in the end it wasn't a big deal. We hired airport transportation from the rental company, he was prompt, the bus was clean and Victor (the driver) was very friendly. "My house is your house" he told us. We also ordered groceries through this company, so that we didn't have to go running to the grocery store right away. Turns out there is a little grocery store just around that corner that sufficed for most of our needs, and we only made one trip in 2 weeks to Zihua for a Mega Sorianas run, and 2 into "Old Ixtapa" because we quite enjoyed purchasing our fresh fruit and vegetables from the local people there. This apartment is located in the dead centre of Ixtapa, right in the action. There are numerous shops and restaurants nearby and in the evenings we could sit by or in the pool and listen to the live music at Franks. Everything was quiet by 11pm and we kept well in the clean sheets, and cozy beds. If you are travelling with very young children, or children who don't sleep well, you might want to consider somewhere a little more "off the beaten path", but for us (3 adults in our 40s and 6 kids ranging from 11 to 19) it was really the perfect location. We were welcomed by the locals and felt completely safe for the duration of our stay. A couple of times we even forgot to lock the doors, and everything was fine. We were only about 2 blocks (quick 5 to 7 minute walk) to the beach and enjoyed the ocean waves. We brought sand back to the condo everyday, and that was about the only thing that drove me crazy! lol There is a washer and dryer on site. Though the washer wasn't working when we were there because they were waiting on a part. It didn't bother us as my aunt was staying next door and her washer worked fine. When we didn't have contact with our hospitality manager for a few days, he would check in. And we could always use them to find anything we needed. We will definitely use this property again. It truly felt like home.

It is located on the commercial aérea so convenience. The penthouse is really nice. But located on the 3 rd floor, hard if you travel with seniors. Other of that was great

Very spacious, comfortable bed, comfortable chairs for reading. However the place could use a good cleaning: the floors are very filthy,the fridge door had to be washed, the coffee pot had to be washed with Javex before we could use it. We were not able to use the washing machine.
