The cozy open spaces were designed to envelope and inspire visitors with comfort and color from top to bottom, including painted ceilings, wallpapers, grass cloths, and woven artisanal accessories from remote Mexican villages.
Custom furnishings in every room were fabricated by Mexican masters from local renewable resources.

Creatives can find a variety of vistas and workspaces throughout the condo. Flexible seating and ample storage allow visitors to make the space their own and entertain on a grand scale.

The condo has 2 large terraces.
 The surf-side has lounge, dining, and bar spaces with pool, ocean, island, surf, and jetty views.

Floor-to-ceiling wall-to-wall glass sliders in all bedrooms offer easy access to the back terrace and allow breezes to blow through the floor-through layout all year. The views include expansive greenery (two 18-hole golf courses) soaring mountains, plus iconic views of the lighthouse and marina.

Includes a full chef’s kitchen and all modern amenities. The full-service building has 2 huge pools, a fully equipped gym (extra charge for visitors), security, parking, and poolside restaurant/bar.

Easy access to beach, marina, golf courses, 15km bike path, and public transport. 10-15 minute ride to Zihuatanejo.
