    Esta villa é luminosa, aberta e convidativa, com uma decoração elegante por toda parte. No piso principal, você encontrará dois quartos. Na entrada é o primeiro quarto com uma cama king size e um banheiro completo separado. O segundo quarto é um quarto principal que contém uma cama king size e uma enorme suíte com pias duplas, uma banheira grande e um chuveiro. Armários walk-in são fornecidos em ambos os quartos para que você possa descarregar e organizar seus pertences durante a sua estadia. Uma refeição gloriosa na cozinha com utensílios de aço inoxidável está equipada com tudo o que você precisa para preparar refeições caseiras. Você pode acomodar 4 no bar da ilha e 10 na mesa de jantar com assentos adicionais no pátio, se necessário. Ao lado da cozinha há um layout confortável da sala de estar com lareira e TV inteligente. Esta área de conceito aberto é o lugar perfeito para entreter, mas o entretenimento não pára por aí. Uma porta deslizante da sala de jantar o levará ao seu pátio externo, onde você poderá apreciar a vista de Snow Canyon a partir da banheira de hidromassagem privativa! Uma churrasqueira também está disponível para uso.

    No segundo andar, você encontrará uma área de loft perfeita para as crianças. Outra Smart TV é cercada por uma seção aconchegante na área de estar do andar superior e uma mesa é fornecida para jogos ou artesanato. Há também um adorável tee-xixi para jogar. Fora da sala de estar do loft é uma varanda no andar de cima, para que você possa sempre aproveitar o sol. Existem três quartos neste andar. Um quarto tem uma cama king size. O segundo quarto tem uma cama king size e um beliche duplo sobre twin com uma suíte. O último quarto é apenas um quarto de beliche e tem 2 camas individuais sobre beliches duplos e um rodízio duplo. Esta sala também possui vários consoles de jogos, incluindo Xbox e Nintendo! Os jogos serão fornecidos para jogar. Uma casa de banho e closet também serão fornecidos nesta área de beliche. A área de serviço no andar de cima e um banheiro adicional estão disponíveis para uso.

    Você não apenas recebe a casa fantástica dele durante a sua estadia, como também as comodidades incríveis! Você está bem ao lado do clube e piscina dupla rasgada. We love staying at this property. This home had lots of space, comfy beds, stocked kitchen. It’s great for multi families. The best part is the resort amenities. The kids could swim in the pool all day and we all loved the club house. Arcadia is the only place I will stay when we visit St. George.

Our group of 15 visits the area every year, and this was our first stay at Arcadia Resort. The resort and homes are beautiful, and overall we had a great experience. Maintenance was also very responsive as they fixed an issue with our shower doors the same day.The biggest disappointment was that we were notified only two weeks before our trip that the lazy river would be closed for most of our stay due to maintenance. We had booked two homes months in advance specifically because of the resort's amenities, and with such a large group, finding another place wasn't a realistic option. There was no notice of the planned maintenance when we booked, so we would have chosen different dates or another resort if we'd known.The on-site grill was also closed for much of our stay, there was a noticeable paint/lacquer smell from the maintenance work, and one of the house grills caught fire when we used it because it appeared to need cleaning and maintenance.The on-site manager was great to work with and genuinely tried to help, but we were disappointed that leadership wasn't willing to offer a more meaningful discount for the inconvenience.Overall, we enjoyed the resort and would consider staying again. Better communication about major amenity closures before guests book would make a big difference.

Great experience

Three families converged for a “cousin reunion” and we had a great time! Six adults and 12 kids ages 3-15. Easy access to the pools and clubhouse was great. Layout of the house was nice, we appreciated the kids’ toys available.

Great property!

It was just as listed. Very comfortable with lots of space, well stocked kitchen, and very close proximity to the pool and clubhouse. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect for our family

Villa #2 was the perfect size and location for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. The villa was clean and well stocked, beds were very comfortable and location to the pool and clubhouse was superb! We were very pleased with the property and would request this villa for future trips.

Perfect spot for extended family

The townhome was well equipped, quiet, clean, had plenty of space and a great kitchen. The three master suites were awesome and lots of space for kiddos too.

Beautiful property, could have been cleaner

The property was great but the floors were really dirty and one of the toilet paper hangers was falling out of the wall. We had a terrific time, we just felt like it could have been cleaned better.

Short little get away

Amazing place... didn’t get any photos, too busy having fun. Family friendly and the amenities were great. Only one recommendation our unit needed blinds or some kind of shade for big window in eating/gathering area... As the night fell, uncomfortable sitting there with direct sun in your eyes. Other than that, we WILL be back.

Family Fun in the St George Sun

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved Arcadia Villa #02! It was perfect for our family of 17. We loved the location close to the pool and clubhouse. The lazy river and waterslide was a big hit with all ages of our family. I do have 2 suggestions though: #1 - the kitchen dining area has a big picture window that faces west. At dinner time between 5-7 pm the sun shines brightly onto the dining room table and makes it uncomfortable for those that are eating at the table. Very hot and very bright. I suggest some type of window covering to be installed there as the other windows in the villa on the west all have coverings; #2 when cleaning people are stocking the villa with the items that are mentioned would be provided in the villa - please do it. We had no garbage bags, no sponge scrubber, and no laundry detergent. Luckily we were close to the clubhouse and could get extra things there.
