Sunrise Suites is a beautiful 7 bedroom / 7.5 bath home that comfortably sleeps 20 guests or up to 24 guests with the assistance of 4 twin floor mats. Mornings will quickly become your favorite time of day as you wake up early, pour a cup of hot coffee, and head out to the balcony to watch the exquisite sunrise over the desert mountains. Spends your days exploring the Southern Utah mountains or lounging poolside at Paradise Village's resort-style pool and water park! Of course, you do not need to leave home to have the vacation of a lifetime! With 3 Xbox 1's, foosball, board games, ping pong, and pickleball equipment; you could be entertained for days without ever venturing out! When it cools down, take the bikes provided in the garage and head out along one of the many bike paths right out your front door for a nice evening ride. You will love cooking dinner at Sunrise Suites; the expansive, fully equipped kitchen, grill, and indoor and outdoor seating make hosting family and friends a breeze! Roast marshmallows around the fire for a sweet treat after dinner. After a long day in the sun, relax your tired muscles in the private hot tub and pool, under the starry sky with a cold drink in hand. Host a movie night in one of the two living rooms, each with a Smart TV, Xbox 1, and Dish; finding a movie everyone can agree on has never been easier! End the day in the comfort of your own room, each with a Smart TV, privacy and relaxation will consume you. Overall nice

The place was overall clean and spacious for our group of 16 people. Fully stocked kitchen and the two resort pools were a hit. Would recommend replacing the lounge chairs on the pool deck - all were broken. The property manager was quick to respond when we had any questions.

Perfect place for family

We loved the privacy of own pool/hot tub Hot tub would stop after 10 minutes and then start again about 20 minutes later. Wi-Fi was terrible. You could only watch 1 tv at a time. Wads of hair found in 3 showers.

We had a great time. The kitchen was wonderful for cooking, games, crafts, and gathering. My 5 kids and their spouses loved having their private ensuite bathroom for their family. My grandkids were busy swimming in the backyard or at the community pool across the street.

Enjoyed our stay. Lots of space in the house. Had to have the hot tub maintenance person come out three times to fix the hot tub so we weren’t able to use it as much as we had hoped.

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property for our family vacation. With a large family with all adult children and families, we need a home that can provide the room to spread out and privacy. This home did all that and more. We loved this floor plan that allowed together time on main level with plenty of space and in the sleeping areas upstairs. We loved having the pool and hot tub to swim at the house and play anytimez the pool was just the right size for all ages to have fun. The swim park was a two min walk across the street and a lot of fun for all ages. This property made a fun vacation great! We will be staying here again!

It has a pool!

We were surprised to show up and see a pool at the property- the listing didn’t show or list one. Which was awesome!! It was huge and very clean. The WiFi only worked sometimes, and the outdoor patio lights keep tripping the electrical breaker. Other than that, it was perfect. Crockpot and dishes for our large meals!!

Wonderful House

This house was so comfortable for our family. We had enough room for everyone to have their own room and their own bathroom. The kids LOVED the pools. I think they would have preferred to just swim there the entire vacation.

Wow! what a great house we had 20 family members from ages 73-1. We had plenty of room and it fit our every need. Some of the TV's did not have working remotes. The remote for garage door did not work. The A/C unit for the downstairs area could not maintain a comfortable temperature. We understand that it was very very hot the days we were there. Thank you we made great memories of our time there.

Awesome Home

Great Family Get-Away

This was a very roomy and cozy place for our family of 24 to stay. We loved the location and the water parks that came with it. The hot tub needed to be taken care of so we only used it a few times before realizing it was pretty filthy. We noticed a maintenance man coming as we were leaving. We contacted the management office and they were responsive to some of the bedding that needed to be replaced to make our stay enjoyable. Upon arrival we noticed that the floors were not cleaned and we purchased items to clean the floor so we could be comfortable in the home. We loved the home. It was spacious with plenty of bathrooms for the needs of our family.

A perfect vacay house

This was definitely one of our favorite houses to stay in at Paradise Village. The home is beautifully decorated, clean, and has so many fun amenities! There was plenty of room for our four families.

Great for large family

Overall it was a great rental. The beds were super comfortable. All the bathrooms were a plus. The hot tub and patio were great. My only negative comment is that the sofa couch on the main floor needed to go to the garbage. It was trashed. The cushion zippers were broken and held together with safety pins which one came undone and stuck my daughter in law. Sitting on it was super uncomfortable. Your bottom went into a hole. The cushions were lumpy. The couch upstairs should be brought down to main floor. Also the carpet was pretty stained and dirty. But overall it was a great property. We would rent it again.

Celebration of life

We rent a house every year to have a celebration of my husbands life, as he is buried near by. We liked the house. It fit our needs. Since they know how many people are staying it was quite a surprise that there were not enough towels for everyone. It resulted in having to use swim towels. There were some repairs that are needed and I’m sure they will get them done. The person I spoke with at property management was very kind and did offer to have some of the things fixed which I opted out of Until we checked out. We would be happy to rent it again next year.

Spacious Home for Family Reunion

This home felt very spacious with high ceilings, open space, and 7 private bedrooms; most with private bathrooms (which was greatly appreciated by all)! The kitchen and bathrooms seemed very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook. The carpets and air vents were very dirty. Just know that while this is a great house for a large group and seems new upon first looking, it has been well used. The furniture and carpets definitely show the use the house has had. It feels like a nice house that just needs a good spring cleaning. We really loved the beds, however. They were nice and soft (too soft for a couple family members). We had a few small issues, most that were resolved from the office. And the couple issues that weren't fixed were made aware and the office said they would fix those things for future guests. Just note there is the bedroom right above the master suite that has quite a loud creak that would be difficult to fix. I figured to walk along the edges of the room to avoid waking my parents downstairs. Overall, we enjoyed this property and the kids LOVED the swimming pools.

Fun short getaway!

We had a wonderful time at paradise Village. The unit is really large with nice king size beds in six of the rooms. The location is great with both the water park, pickle ball courts and pool surrounding it!! The house was well equipped. The only negative thing was that it wasn’t very clean when we arrived, i.e. crumbs and particles on the carpet that indicated it hadn’t been carefully vacuumed, as well as several big stains on the carpet! The curtains were also bunched and messy looking! With the worries of Covid, it was somewhat concerning to walk into. Otherwise, we really enjoyed this place!

The unit was really clean with a well stocked kitchen and great outdoor space. However, it did seem the owners were more concerned with their inventory than the experience for their guests. Only 2 towels were provided in each bathroom for the week. No garage door opener or garage key code was provided despite asking multiple times. The cleaner stick ran out in the hot tub, the batteries ran out in Xbox remotes and the counter spray provided was near empty upon arrival. There were not clear instructions on where to find the key for the fire table and the outside hanging lights were not working when we arrived. The multiple tacky signs posted everywhere about makeup on the towels was so unprofessional. And the WiFi was pretty crummy. A little more attention to detail on the owners part would have been helpful.

Such a great place! Perfect for big family reunion!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The hot tub, fuseball table, gaming system, ping pong table, and games gave us plenty to do together inside when we weren't out enjoying the red rocks at Pioneer Park. We also used the Pickleball paddles at the nearby courts. The kids, ranging from ages 5 months to 17, had a blast together. And the 3 with Autism still felt that they had plenty of room to find space to isolate and unwind when they needed to. The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment we needed to keep our 6 different families, with various dietary needs and preferences, able to cook what we each wanted. We had a little tinker getting in on the first night, and the managers were easily reached and very helpful in solving the problem quickly. Several of our families mentioned that they want us to come back another time! They even wanted to look into it fit their in-law sides too. Thanks for a great time!
