"Staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is literally connected to the SCC which was SO continent for food and shopping!! Its also just a short 30 minute walk / 8 minute drive away from old town. You can also get the tram which is right outside the hotel by the mall entrance. There is even another mall right opposite outside with more food and shopping options. The room was clean, spacious and amazing views. 10/10"

"Loved the beautiful interior design and decor, from architect to artwork across all areas, a lot of thought went into making the place feel like home while elevating the experience. Perfect location, a quick walk into center of Baščaršija without the heavy traffic and noise. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and always ready to help. Everyone speaks English. The room and bathroom was a bit small, but to be expected across Europe. Highly recommended and I will definitely be back!"
