Nestled in a tranquil area, the villa is close to two extraordinary shallow lagoons—Mikro and Megalo Livari. These lagoons are part of the Natura 2000 network, offering a haven for wildlife including rare birds, ducks, mute swans, and even otters. Their reed-lined banks and lily-covered waters are a nature lover's dream. Nearby, you can also explore the Delta of the Xeria River and the Hydrochares Forest of Agios Nikolaos, all under special environmental protection to preserve their beauty and biodiversity.



Just a 20-minute drive away, you’ll find Edipsos, famous for its rejuvenating thermal springs. A day trip to Edipsos (15 km) is highly recommended—you won’t regret experiencing these healing waters that have drawn visitors for centuries.



For the ultimate experience, I also offer a unique culinary delight. A local fisherman can catch fresh seafood for you, and in the evening, a talented chef will prepare a delicious dinner featuring the day’s catch. This is an exclusive experience available at an additional cost, so please let me know in advance if you’d like to arrange it.

The whole apartment is fully air conditioned while there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7.



Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.
