"Have to wait around 10mins when we are extremely exhausted from 1 day drive for the receptionist on night 11/11/2023 to search for our online recepit in their hotel booking. There are som hairs at floors when we enter the room but overall ok with the price"

Dirty and smelly pillow still kept inside the wardrobe.3rd-all white towels didn't clean properly, stain and yellowish patches all over the towels. 4th-No response from management staff.
