This detached holiday house is immersed in a peaceful and serene environment, 200 meters from the crystal blue sea of Santa Maria del Focallo, and from the first beach of fine sand (awarded with the Blue Flag) and just 10 km from the city of Ispica 7 km from Pozzallo as well as to all the places of Montalbano Fiction.
The house was built in 2015 and the living space of approximately 100 m² including the veranda outside. The fully equipped kitchen, modern kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and electric kettle .. Wireless Internet access is available in all rooms both indoors and outdoors. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a bedroom has two single beds (each 80 x 190cm).
