They made sure we were set up with the Venezia passes before we arrived and that we knew the best route from the train station. He sent restaurant recommendations and transport info, very thoughtful. A pleasant surprise was that there multiple laundry machines as our last property’s machine was not working properly. "The apartment was huge. Lots of space for 5 people. The rooms are a little dark, but the outdoor balcony cannot be beat. Unfortunately we only were there two nights, would have loved to enjoy the space longer. The check in process was so easy and Mario gave us many great recommendations for our short time in Venice. Tudo ótimo com o especial acolhimento do Sr Pandolfo que nos preparou um pequeno cabaz com o essencial para poder preparar algo para comer, alem de alguns sumos e biscoitos para repor alguma energia na chegada da viagem, e um bolo caseiro que estava delicioso ( os meus parabens para quem confecionou o bolo).
