"Great location, communication, and facilities! The only negative response not earning it a perfect “excellent”rating was due to the stained and needing a shampoo carpeting. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and suited our needs beautifully. I would definitely recommend, and stay again! "

"Location is fantastic to walk down into downtown or even around the island. Our room looked right out to the water and had access to sit down by it which was a great addition. "We were looking for a family retreat weekend and choose Kelley’s Island. The hotel said it could accommodate 6 persons but only I bedroom was private. The other areas were on way to only bathroom. Amenities were in place for two people. Light bulbs were blown. Only two chairs in livingroom and no housekeeping despite fee off $600 a night and when checking in I asked for some information and hostess said I have no idea I’m not from here.
