3001 Palm Boulevard on the Isle of Palms is perfect for getting away from it all with family and friends in search of a vacation that is endless. Located on the second row, 3001 Palm Boulevard features five bedrooms, over 3000 square feet, ocean views, a private pool, spa and is directly across from the path to the Island’s beautiful beach. The backyard oasis provides privacy and the perfect place to play or relax in the huge 15’ by 31’ custom private pool and spa. The outdoor cabana with a built -in grill, outside fridge and sink is your outdoor kitchen. Outdoor living at its best can be found on two elevated decks in front of the home and one in back, each furnished with comfortable seating and an oversized swing. Sunrise to sunset, the outdoor areas at 3001 Palm Boulevard are fantastic!

Everything in 3001 Palm Boulevard has been updated. The main floor of the home welcomes you to an open floor plan. The dining area and kitchen are on one side with the main living room and den on the other. The dining room table is large and can seat twelve with two extra seats available at the kitchen island. The living room and den features all updated furniture and decor. The den is highlighted with a 65” flat screen television, sound system and fireplace.

Step into the Chef’s dream kitchen and you will find top of the line custom cabinets, Vetrostone countertops made with oyster shells and glass accents. Appliances include a Thermodor cooktop, double ovens, warming drawer and wine cooler.

Upstairs, 3001 Palm Boulevard features five bedrooms. Three bedrooms, including the master, are highlighted with a king bed and direct access to the upper deck that has ocean views. If multiple families or friends are traveling together, the master bedroom is perfectly designed with direct access to the kids’ room. With two full beds, the kids’ room and master bedroom are attached and share a common space. The only access to the kids' room is through the master bedroom. The guest bedroom has a king bed and overlooks the private swimming pool and spa.

3001 Palm Boulevard is only 2 short blocks from the Isle of Palms Recreation Center which features a huge playground, tennis, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, fitness classes and a workout room!

We had a fantastic stay at this property over April school vacation week. We were a group of 8, including 4 very active boys ages 7-12, and the pool and easy access to the beach provided all the entertainment we needed. We also loved the porches, with the porch swing a favorite for all!

We really enjoyed this house. Great pool and perfect location to the beach! Living areas and bedrooms were nice. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. The backyard could use some improvements. Both fence doors were broken which made it challenging with our dog. But overall we really enjoyed the property.

Very nice home. Have stayed twice. Just need to get the pool lights fixed. Did not work last year or this year. Would be nice to have for swimming at night.

We had a wonderful extended family vacation of seven and this house was perfect and easily would accommodate more. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are open with a nice flow, allowing for us to all be together and yet on occasions in smaller groups. The front porch swing became a favorite. The house is a close walk with the beach access directly across the street. We enjoyed the pool and covered picnic area everyday. The grill and other items in the outdoor kitchen need to be updated, but the grill was sufficient for cooking out. We have a couple of family members with chemical sensitivities and the owner accommodated our needs. We enjoyed the week and would return again.

This is a beautiful home. You can see that past renters have no regard for rentals, which is why it needs some updates. Prior to arriving, I reached out to the rental agent who was very responsive. I would go rent with this company again. The beach gear credit was great and so easy to order. The location is great. The location is great, beach access is right across the street. Not an issue crossing, and you cannot hear the traffic when you are inside. The view is now blocked by a home not a big deal, but the pic is misleading. This is a dog friendly rental, Yay...but you can smell the urine in the living area. The upstairs carpet is another example of past rental abuse terribly stained. The pool lights do not work, the outdoor kitchen grill is a true fire hazard. It has not been cleaned in a VERY long time and nearly caught fire on us. The sauna was not useable and had a horrible smell to it. That whole area needs some TLC. The front porch was lovely, but the seating and swing is tired and abused. Overall, it was good. I'm sure a few years ago it would have been worth what I paid.

I would say, for a rental: very nice in that everything important worked and was in good shape. The proximity to the beach was great! Pool lights were not working therefore we did not swim at night. Lights in the pool area were not functional. It looks like they had been gas at some point. Front Yard and out door kitchen well worn and could use some attention. Some touch up painting also needed. The front porch was wonderful, but lights were out and not functioning. Porch furniture was very stained. Some stains on the carpet at the top of the stairs. But again, for a busy rental, quite adequate.

We completely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. The layout is great, we had plenty of room for 10 adults and a toddler (and our dog too!). The kitchen was well-stocked. Serving Christmas dinner was easy. The table sat 10 comfortably for dinner and our card games afterwards. One word of caution, the fifth bedroom really is off the master bedroom. It worked out but we were all family. The beach is fantastic and a short walk across the street. Not crowded with tons of room for everyone to run around. And we flew kites! The daybed on the front porch was THE hangout spot for our family. We enjoyed the sea breeze and sunshine. The upstairs porch was wonderful for morning coffee too. The elevator made loading and unloading so easy. And was key for the 85 year olds. The only disappointment was that we didn’t win the $500 million lottery so we could buy it!

Perfect location and proximity to the beach. We had rented multiple houses and this was one of the best!! Plenty of room and space plus comfortable beds. Would rent again and highly recommend.

Beautiful house in good condition. Lovely fenced back yard with pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen. Some quirks: upper oven installed too high to use safely. Palm Blvd has heavy traffic all day. It is noisy and difficult to cross.

We had a wonderful time at Isle of Palms. The house was beautiful and location perfection. The house allowed pets and we were thrilled that the house was in great shape. Many pet friendly homes to rent are absolute wrecks, not this one!!! It was great!!

The house was perfect for a family vacation. It was very clean when we arrived and having the gear and groceries delivered was a definite plus. The private pool, easy access to the beach and location in general made this house the perfect vacation getaway. The porch swing was awesome and used by everyone!!!

Stayed here for a bachelor party. The house was more than large enough to accommodate 8 guys. Pool area was nice and so was the living room. Ubers were easy to get with a quick ride to downtown. Also very close to the grocery store on the island. Overall I would recommend this property.

Our group enjoyed our stay so much! The house was perfect as far as comfy beds, supplies and plenty of space, including the AMAZING huge double porches. We spend almost all our time outside and it was wonderful! Plenty of seating for everyone and the wonderful hanging bed. It was great! The only downsides were two burners on the kitchen stove which were inoperable, after I had specifically inquired a month ago because anther review mentioned it. Yes there were other burners, but the two that are broken are key, because it is a very nice high-powered stove and the available burners were much too strong for some of the things we did like melting butter and cooking eggs. The other unfortunate thing was we could not find the underwater pool lights anywhere, and about 5 people were looking. Eventually we got the gas lanterns on, but with just those, it was really too dark to hang out there at night. That was disappointing, but we didn't want to bother a property manager late at night on a weekend. Other than those fairly small things, it was an excellent stay.

The house was great, had some issues with cleanliness, the drapes in the dining room had dead bugs hanging off, the bottom of them were flithy. The chairs in the dining room were very uncomfortable, and the table was extremely wide, we like to play games at night, mostly had to stand up to play, for al to reach. The pool area was nice, but dark, no lighthing at hot tube or coming down the steps, my sister fell down the last 2 steps, didn't know they were there, due to no lights. We located a wasp next above the hot tub, the next day, once we could see. I called and asked about the lights and asked that someone come to remove the nest. They sent someone for hte lights, no help, he said it wasn't his normal house to work, didn't know anything about the lights, no one showed up for the wasp nest, and we remained in the dark for the rest of the stay. I come to Isle of Palm every year, alwasy stay at a beautiful home, but on the golf course, we wanted to stay at a house that we could see the ocean, so we chose this one. The pictures need to be updated, there has been a huge home built where the pictures show the emptly lot across the street, which blocks the ocean totally, I would not recommend this home.

Nice property. Need some repair work on pool area kitchen. Also general maintenance around the pool. Nice floor plan. Kitchen needs stove repaired and new pots and pans. Great location, overall nice home just needs a little TLC to be a top end property. We would stay their again.

Overall an amazing rental experience. Ease of entrance and exit. Location is fantastic with beach access across the street. Outdoor living is exceptional for this area. We do not usually rent, and are not accustomed to the end of season rental wear, but that is to be expected. It is so difficult to turn these large properties over so quickly. Thank you for having us!

The house is great! It is very convenient; the beach access is right across the street. The pool area with the outdoor kitchen was my favorite!!! There was a problem with the ovens; supposedly getting repaired. All in all a very roomy house!

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the house. It was in great proximity to the beach for our kids, and had plenty of space in every room. It was very clean and well kept. The property managers were very responsive, however, we were disappointed with the number of items not in working order for the cost we were paying upon our arrival. The pool spa in the photos was not working (although they had a detached hot tub available), the outdoor kitchen grill was broken, one of the oven's needed repair, and 3 of the 5 burners on the stove didn't work. Also, the AC stopped working after our first day, however, they sent someone to repair approximately 24 hours later. Other than the items listed above, we had a very good experience.

This house was in the perfect location directly across the street to beach access point. Pool area was very functional for small kids and adults lounging. Plenty of space in the kitchen and dinning area. The couch swing was perfect for relaxing and naps.
