Enjoy the best of oceanside living when you come to stay at 328 B Sea Cabin, a charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo with gorgeous Atlantic Ocean views! This third-floor condo is in building B of the Sea Cabin Condominiums, a centrally located community on Ocean Blvd with a resort-style pool, laundry facility, and private fishing pier. Enjoy beautiful ocean breezes and waking up to the beach in this lovely Isle of Palms condo!
Things to know prior to booking your stay: • The Sea Cabin buildings do not have an elevator. Stairs are used to access all units, including some stairs to the 1st floor. • Full Disclosure: There are small bunk beds built into the hallway – they are loved by children. They're also a great place to use for extra storage if not being used for sleeping! They measure 24”x72.5” compared to standard twin size of 38”x75”. • All units are 490 sq. ft. – they most comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests with smaller children. But while they are smaller, they are still 2x the size of most hotel rooms and include a fully functional kitchen! • Please carefully review all photos including the aerial photo that shows the layout of the condo complex to get an idea of where you'll be staying. • Washers and Dryers are located next to the pool on the oceanfront; they are coin operated or download an app to pay! • Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass. • The community pool is not heated and is usually open year round. • No smoking. A $500 dollar fine will be issued in order to professionally get rid of the odor. • No pets on site per condo regime and condo owner. No exception unless ADA documentation is provided prior to your arrival. A $500 dollar fine will be issued if pet(s) are found on site without proper documentation. • This property is managed by Carroll Realty, located on the island just 1.5 miles from the condo should you need anything during your stay! Enter the condo to find a hallway with two convenient small built-in bunk beds—a smart solution if you need more sleeping space, and they're a hit with kids! Continue on past the full bathroom, which offers a shower-tub combo and a beachy vibe with sea-foam green walls. Walk further down the hallway, and you'll come across the main open concept kitchen and living area.
The kitchen is fully equipped, so grab your favorite fresh fruit from a local market and all the ingredients for you need to make your own custom creations and recipes. A blue-tiled backsplash adds a pop of color to the space, and a small center island provides extra counter space, as well as a place to dine with two bar stools. With stainless-steel appliances and extra perks like a Keurig coffee maker, this space has everything you need for that home-away-from-home experience!
The living area is furnished with a plush couch, which has a queen-pull out sofa bed if you need extra sleeping accommodations. Two extra sitting chairs provide more space to fit the whole family, and a large flat screen TV completes the space. Tune into your favorite shows with cable access and stay connected on your devices with complimentary Wi-Fi. A ceiling fan is in the room for additional comfort and sliding glass doors lead out to the ocean-facing third floor balcony.
The views can't be beat when you step out onto the patio and see the Atlantic Ocean sparkling in the distance. The patio is furnished with a high-top bistro set, where you can wake up with your morning coffee to watch the sun rise over the sea and enjoy sunsets with a glass of wine and a few snacks.
Back inside, you'll find the bedroom, which features a queen size bed, and private flat screen TV. At a compact size with high-quality amenities and an excellent beachfront location, this cozy beach condo is perfect for a little escape to Isle of Palms!
The Sea Cabin Condominiums are comprised of a three building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach. The complex has a large pool and a kiddie pool. Try your luck at fishing from the 1000-foot fishing pier that is only accessible by condominium owners and guests, or enjoy a relaxing walk on the pier over the breaking waves.
Bike, water sport and beach umbrella rentals are available nearby. Shopping, dining, nightly entertainment, grocery store, and post office are a short walk from the complex.
ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a 'starter set' of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath and dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 1 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 21 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

The unit was clean and ready when we arrived. We had good communication as to the check in process. The ocean view was wonderful from the balcony. There was easy access to the beach and the pool. It was very comfortable.

The location is fantastic! We had a great view of the beach and it was easly accessible. Within walking distance to food and shops was great. The padio was a good place to chill and enjoy the views and sounds of the ocean. However, we were not happy with the furniture in the house. The couch was stained up and the cushions sunk to even with or below the frame. It was horrible. The chair was not any more comfortable. It also had stains on it. The TV in the living room was messed up. Sitting in the house and taking a beeak to relax was not very relaxing at all. The bed is really hard and not comfortable. The plastic shower curtain lining was dirty and had soap scum on it. There are cuts in the wall behind the couch. That was very confusing. Location, AMAZING! This unit really meeds some TLC. We came here to enjoy the beach and have some much needed down time. It was not worth the price we paid.

Cute condo, beachy theme but not overdone. Comfy bed, plenty of towels. Love the beachside location & private pier.Wi-fi was out for maybe 12hrs, no big deal.Freezer needs attention.

This was a great condo for two people wanting a view, pool and easy beach access. The property met our needs. I definitely strengthened my legs climbing the stairs! The only challenge was getting my luggage up and down the stairs, but I only had to do that on arrival and departure. I would stay here again. Everything we needed was within walking distance.

You get what you pay for with this property. First, a few pros. Location is unbeatable in Isle of Palms. Beach is just steps away and the pool facilities are pretty good. If you want an inexpensive beach getaway, you won’t find much cheaper beachfront properties. It is also 25 minute drive to downtown Charleston. However, there are several cons. Property provides no beach towels or other beach amenities. Despite the claimed 2023 renovations, the property already feels dated with wear and tear shown throughout the condo. The bunk beds really aren’t comfortable and are only there for aesthetics, although a pull out couch is also available. Condo complex itself is also incredibly old and it is very easy to hear neighbors walking outside the condo at night. However, the place was clean when we arrived. Overall, not a bad place to stay on a budget, but given lack of amenities and dated decor, you realize why the price is cheaper than comparable rentals.

10/10 — Highly recommend this one! It was perfect our family of 4. The close proximity to the beach, pool, restaurants/shops was great. The views from the balcony were amazing. We already want to book here again next year.

Great location and space
Loved this location- the large balcony was so nice to sit at with an amazing view of the ocean. The space is smaller but it works. It was clean and had a decent amount of kitchen utensils. Would appreciate some smarter use of space for luggage (luggage rack in bedroom closet, shelves in hallway closet) and could use some hooks for towels and swimsuits on the balcony. I also would recommend providing beach towels for the guests. It seemed silly to purchase them only to have to leave them (didn’t fit in our luggage) which I’m sure happens often.

Great location for what we were doing
going to a concert at Windjammer, this property provided us great location, parking and an awesome place to stay. Condo is just as advertised. While the bunks are small, just as advertised our 6'3" inch son stayed on the bottom bunk and had no issues at all. Check-in and out were made easy by the realty company's communications. Wish we could have stayed longer.
