Tidewater H-103 is perfect for your family’s vacation. This two bedroom, two bath condominium in Wild Dunes is the perfect location to enjoy the beach, swimming pool or golf at the Tom Fazio designed Links course. Your family will love having breakfast on the screened porch facing the pool and ocean, then grabbing a towel and heading down the porch steps to the pool, which is exclusively for Tidewater guests. Mom and Dad can relax in the shade poolside or join in the fun in the pool. The ocean is just beyond the pool area.

Tidewater H-103 is fully equipped for your vacation needs. The open plan living area includes a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and living room with a queen sleeper sofa. A coffee station including both a Keurig and drip coffee maker affords flexibility for your morning beverages. Across the entry hall, the primary bedroom with private bath features a king-size bed and sliding doors to the screened porch. A second bedroom has twin beds with full bath.

Tidewater H-103 is located across from the 13th hole of the Wild Dunes Links course and the Clubhouse is a short walk away. Enjoy casual dining at one of the restaurants within Wild Dunes, or in the Isle of Palms. Spa services are available. A playground is within a short bike ride from Tidewater.

The excellent location, the screened porch and easy access to the beach makes Tidewater H-103 perfect for your vacation in the South Carolina Low Country.

- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Tidewater pool is open May - September but not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Tidewater pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.

- There are two parking spots available on a first come, first served basis.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

This property fit our needs for 2 adults & 2 teens who needed a quick R&R trip to refresh from everyday life! The first floor location makes it SUPER easy to get to the pool/beach, but it also means you hear every step from the above neighbors if they are heavy-footed. The kitchen was adequate for our needs, as was the den area and bathrooms. The mattresses in both bedrooms were worn and not very comfortable. Everyone complained of sore backs and that is the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Tide Water is about 40 minutes to downtown Charleston, if that is important information needed to choose a location to stay. Its within about 20-25 minutes of Shem Creek.

We absolutely loved this resort! The layout of our unit was excellent and our first floor room was so handy going right out to the pool and beach. We spent a lot of time in the screened in porch. The kitchen was so nice to make our own breakfast before heading off to Charleston for the day. We rented bikes, umbrellas, beach chairs and a cooler. Well worth it! So many paved bike trails at Wild Dunes. I would highly recommend any of the Tidewater units but especially one of the bottom units since it was so convenient. You won’t be disappointed!

Property was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Check in process was smoothe. The unit was even available for check in sooner than we expected. The proximity to pool and beach couldn't have been better. It was a great place to stay for our family of 4 with 2 toddlers. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was small, but nice. Could use some new twin beds. Not very comfy for adults. If you are a light sleeper, don't rent on the bottom floor. The ceiling is paper thin! You can hear everything that goes on above you. Our upstairs neighbors didn't go to bed until after midnight every night! Great location, short walk to the beach. Great unit if you have young children. There is a big open green space that they can play in right outside the unit. Nice pool.

This was our first family vacation after having a baby/covid. And it was perfect!! Everything was so easy, from getting a text our house was ready to walking 2 minutes to the beach. Waking up to the view of a pool and the ocean was amazing. I have zero complaints!

Our second time to Tidewater and once again, we were very pleased. Great location with easy access to beach and pool. Check in process was a breeze and the place was very clean. Great place to bike, swim and just a short trip to Charleston. Trip to Charleston and half day boat rental at Isle of Palms Marina (just down the road) made for two great day trips and breaks from the beach/pool/sun.

My husband and I stayed here for a week to get away from the Ohio snow. We were so happy about the cleanliness of the property and the view. It was so nice to just walk out the back porch and a few steps you’re at the beach. The place had everything we needed and then some. The only drawback were the people upstairs....they made a little too much noise. We will definitely be back!!!

The actual property was in line with the advertising as far as the view and the interior. That said, pictures always make the space appear larger than actual. It was fine for the two of us, but would be somewhat cramped for four people.

We loved our time at H Tidewater!! It was clean, it was quality, & it was well equipped. It was on the first floor so the view of the ocean was more obstructed than from a higher vantage point but we didn't mind this because we enjoyed the convenience of walking right off our porch to make our way to the beach or pool. Everything in the apartment worked well-all appliances, all bathrooms, all TVs, beds were comfy, livingroom furniture was comfy. It was a great place to stay! We ate on the deck for most meals and sat out there for relaxation most of the time as well!! We enjoyed being located in Wild Dunes because that gave us access to a bike/running trail to enjoy for when our activities on the beach were done for the day. We liked the location on Isle of Palms. A sufficient grocery store was within a short driving distance and met all of our home cooked meal needs. It is a Harris Teeter, maybe a little pricier than we were used to but we didn't mind paying extra for the convenience. When we wanted to explore beyond Isle of Palms, everything we wanted to experience was within a 40 minute driving radius, usually much less! We made a handful of trips into Charleston to explore the beautiful old city!! We highly recommend touring the Yorktown-pay for the audio-totally worth it if you're a history buff! This close proximity brought restaurants of various kinds within reasonable distance when we didn't feel like preparing meals at the rental. Eat at the Sea Biscuit Cafe for breakfast, more than once! You won't regret it!! This rental allowed us to create THE exact beach escape we were hoping to experience! We wanted beach days with a few exploration days mixed in that way we could have a healthy mixture of relaxation and adventure so that we felt relaxed and refreshed when we headed home! This rental contributed GREATLY to that endeavor!! We will seek to stay here again and highly recommend it to others!!!

This condo is in a great location. We enjoyed the ocean view from the screened porch! Easy walk to beach & pool. Shortly after arrival we discovered the wifi was not working. We called Beachside Vacations & they immediately sent someone to repair. Great service!
