"I obviously loved the location of this motel. However, there seemed to be quite a bit of deferred maintenance that needed to be taken care of.
Specifically, our headboard was a faux leather material and particles of that was getting all over the pillows. Also, the wooden walkway leading to the beach was full of rusty nails sticking out. There were a handful of other things, but those were the most egregious."

"We had a great stay! The beach view was beautiful, and we loved being so close to both the pool and the beach. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kids especially loved the bunk beds. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Excellent room with everything you need for the stay. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Comfortable bed, plenty of towels and good shower. Perfect instructions from host. Nicely decorated condo, perfect for two people. Balcony/deck with nice view. Only suggestion would be a little later checkout. 10 o’clock seems a little early. No chance to enjoy the beach before having to leave. Would highly recommend this particular unit as I believe each condo is slightly different in comfort."

"We chose this location because we had honeymooned at this same location 35 years ago. The location is great with direct access to the beach and pool, along with many restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. The hosts never sent check in information, so 2 hours before check in time I reached out and received a code for the unit. The beach and pool access requires a separate code which was not in the unit(I feel like that should be in the unit) so I had to reach out again. The unit itself...

"The property was as expected. A little issue at check in, I appreciated the door code well in advance but when arriving it would not work, after calling they were very helpful and got into the room fairly quickly as they had replaced the lock and assembly and therefor had a new code....if you sent me the code 2 weeks in advance as a common practice wouldn't you think to send an updated email to the future guests? Anyway, minor in the grand scheme of things. We enjoyed our stay, the location is...
