"Modern, comfortable double room perfect for our stay in St Andrews to attend a wedding nearby. Much nicer than other well known budget hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. Room was spotless and bed comfy. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The location worked for us but it is on the edge of St Andrews and would be a good walk or taxi ride into the centre. If this doesn’t put you off then I’d definitely recommend staying here. As other reviews have said there are other flats being...

"What a beautiful property. A real feeling of luxury throughout. Incredible attention to detail is clear with the very best of appliances and technology. Warm and friendly hosts. "Great location near coffee and wonderful restaurants (The Saint just one block away) and and beside a gorgeous little chapel. Easy walk to golf but without being in all the crowds. Also, extremely comfortable. Only suggestion is more instructional info for finding things, using laundry machine, and how to leave things at check out. "

"The property was very clean, and well equipped for self catering simple cooking. It was relatviely spacious. Both the double bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. The wifi worked well. It was a great base for exploring the Fife coastal villages, and St Modan's has an excellent smoked fish restaurant."

"Lovely cottage and great location. Well stocked and appreciated the wine and Maltesers on arrival. The only negative I would give is the bathroom. It could do with upgrading and I was worried the toilet would stop working but it didn't. "

"This property is 5 star!! Each bedroom had its own bath, the outdoor garden area has a ton of seating and is ready for bon fires and all outdoor cooking amenities. The hot tub, sauna, steam room were great, easy to use and very clean. The host is a fantastic communicator"

"Kath and Ross were wonderful hosts. Communication was exceptional. Place is exactly as advertised. Location is just a 5 minute walk to all St Andrews has to offer; shopping, restaurants, harbor, Abbey etc. gas station less than a quarter mile away. Food stores Aldi and Morrisons about a mile away. Just a splendid location. Highly recommend and will stay here again when we return! "
