"Very clean. Lovely quiet road but just a minute from a vibrant high street with lots of cafes and restaurants. 2 minutes walk from the train. 3 supermarkets within easy walking distance. No need for a car as the public transport is excellent. Train or bus into the city centre. Highly recommend the Titanic experience. Expensive but fabulous. Excellent communication from the owner.
