We had to resort to boiling the kettle to use hot water. We contacted the property 18th Feb to raise our concerns and did not get a reply. "Excellent central location close to the shops, bars, restaurants etc. Well equipped kitchen and cooking facilities. Comfy lounge area and beds. Perfect apartment for a short stay, really enjoyed staying here and the close proximity to all amenities. Really appreciated the earlier check in as our flight arrived in the morning and we were able to get into the apartment from midday which was great. I’m hoping to revisit Akureyri and will definitely be looking to book Saga Apartments again! Thanks...

"The house was ideally located in town and well-equipped with all that we needed for our stay. While it was unclear whether the property had a hot tub as listed, my daughter enjoyed her time digging out enough snow to open the door to the balcony.
