Come relax at this stunning waterside retreat nestled in the trees on the bank of Island Park Reservoir perfectly situated to soak in legendary Idaho sunsets every evening. Enjoy picture perfect views from the floor to ceiling windows of this family friendly luxury home with a private dock where you can bring your water toys or rent them nearby. Fishing and swimming from the dock, boating, hiking, biking, snowmobiling or day trips to surrounding historic areas; there's something for everyone!

Hibernation Station is located within walking distance of Lakeside Lodge that offers a resort feeling where you can walk over and grab lunch, dinner or a drink on the deck overlooking the water. It's a perfect combination of seclusion but with plenty of amenities nearby. Island Park appeals to such a wide variety of guests because there is truly something for everyone. Fisherman can enjoy fishing right off the dock or enjoy the nearby lakes or rivers for legendary fly fishing. If ATVs or snowmobiles are more your style, leave straight from the house and access the local trails systems with hundreds of miles of fun at your fingertips. There is horse back riding, hiking, biking, canoeing, kayaking, floating, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and more all within our neck of the woods.
Inside the home, you will find that we've made every effort to provide all the comforts of home and more. Free WiFi, Dish TV, 7 Smart TVs, clean and comfy bedding, plenty of extra pillows and blankets, all your kitchen essentials, games, puzzles and even a children's kitchen play set. We've got an Xbox and a Wii for the gamers with 2 comfy gaming chairs and 3 huge soft bean bags for cuddling up and reading a book or taking a long over-due nap. The walk-out basement was just finished in mid February 2020 and features the second kitchen, an over-sized sectional and 70" TV atop of a second fireplace. The basement also has a treadmill.

In the bonus loft above the garage you'll find an awesome game room complete with a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, PAC-MAN arcade game, gaming area with xbox, and futons and comfy seating to just relax and hang out. With three floors and 2 lofts, there is plenty of room for the whole crowd!
There are charging stations next to the beds, but you may not even need them because with so much else to do, you might just forget to check your phone!
The outdoor decks are equipped with patio furniture including tables, chairs and a swing beneath patio lights. (Patio furniture put away during colder months) You'll find a propane grill just off the kitchen where you can grill up the day's catch or provide the perfectly cooked steak for your guests.
