Property Layout:

The Butterfly House consists of two separate living spaces: the main house and a detached back cottage. This setup works well for families or groups who want shared space along with a bit of privacy.

Main House (3 Bedrooms / 2 Full Bathrooms):

- Ocean Room (Primary Bedroom): King bed with an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom also connects to the Palm Room and can be locked for privacy if desired.
- Palm Room: Queen bed.
- Coral Room: Two twin beds.

Back Cottage:

The detached back cottage includes a queen bed and a private en suite full bathroom. It’s ideal for guests wanting a quieter, more private space while still being part of the group.

All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs.

The property is designed to be enjoyed both on and off the water:

- Fish-cleaning station located directly on the dock
- Outdoor standard refrigerator/freezer
- Ice machine located by the tiki bar

Fishing is a big part of how the property is set up. Boat dockage is included with your book but draft requirements apply. The largest boat previously docked at the property was approximately 36+ feet. Guests are responsible for confirming compatibility for their vessel.

Security & Privacy:

For transparency and guest safety, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras that monitor entry points and outdoor areas only. There are no interior cameras, and guest privacy inside the home is fully respected.

Just a heads up, our pool service comes twice a week and our landscaping crew once a week. They access the property through the front gate and may arrive within a wide time window without notice. Pool service is usually Monday and Friday, and landscaping is typically Friday or Saturday. It’s the Keys, we’re happy when everyone shows up! If you’re bringing pets, please keep this in mind so they don’t try to slip out when the gate is opened.
