The Space
Discover the perfect balance of modern comfort and island charm, "At the Sandbar!" Nestled in the tranquil Peaceful Palms community with 15 exclusive villas, this thoughtfully designed home offers everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled getaway. Close to restaurants, parks, and shops, while also being just a short paddle board, or boat trip away from the famous Islamorada Sandbar!

When you arrive, you'll find a private garage with space for one vehicle (There is a parking spot in front of the villa for an additional vehicle), an EV charger, and an array of AMENITIES YOU WILL LOVE, including: a BBQ grill, two adult bikes, two kid bikes, and two paddleboards. Beyond the garage, the game room awaits, featuring a ping-pong table, life-size Connect Four, wall darts, workout equipment, TV, cozy sofa, board games, and a mini fridge—perfect for hours of entertainment.

On the second floor, the open-concept layout seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. The kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances and a peninsula with seating for six that's ideal for casual dining or morning coffee. The living room is outfitted with two comfortable sofas, a smart TV, and access to a covered balcony. The balcony features two dining areas with picturesque views of the dock, making it an excellent spot for alfresco meals or evening cocktails.

For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located on the third-floor hallway.

♛The Primary Suite (3rd floor) provides a generously sized retreat, with calm accents, balcony with water views, king size bed, premium bedding, and a luxe primary ensuite bathroom. A frameless shower and double vanity sink offer the comforts of home.

Important Things to Note:
-There is temporary construction near the dock area. The work is not constant, so you may or may not hear occasional noise. Rest assured, no noise can be heard from inside your villa.

Boat Dockage Information: *Dockage is not included with rental reservation
-Complimentary boat dockage (subject to availability) -Dockage is limited and based on availability. *We recommend reserving dockage upon booking.
-We can accommodate boats up to 24' .
- Contact us to confirm if the dock can accommodate your boat.
-Guest(s) are required to complete a boat dockage agreement form (BDA), to reserve boat dockage.
-There is no trailer storage or boat ramp available on-site. Our recommendations for both will be sent along with our boat dockage agreement form.

With easy access to world-class fishing, diving, and watersports, Islamorada is the ideal destination to experience the natural beauty and laid-back lifestyle of the Keys.

House Rules

Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM

**All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.**

-The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours (about 3 days) before arrival.
-An accurate guest count must be provided.
-No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction.
-Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
-Check-in details, including property information, local recommendations and more to be accessed via our Guest Experience app. This can be accessed via the app store download, or web link.

Starter Supplies:
We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first three days of your stay.

Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00 PM. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00 PM.

Pet Policy:
This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $295, per pet. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our pet policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted).

Release of Liability for Recreational Equipment
Guests agree to use paddleboards and bikes at their own risk. The property management and owners are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses related to their use. By using these items, guests release the property management and owners from all claims and liabilities.

Our Perfect Islamorada Vacation

From the moment we arrived in Islamorada, we knew we were in for something special. But nothing could have prepared us for just how incredible this townhouse would be—it was truly paradise on the water!Situated right on the shoreline, this home offers amazing views of the sandbar and Alligator Reef—a scene straight out of a postcard.Inside, the home was just as spectacular. The gourmet kitchen was a dream for anyone who loves to cook—fully stocked with high-end cookware, sharp knives, an impressive selection of spices, and elegant serving pieces that made every meal feel like a five-star dining experience. This kitchen had everything we could possibly need.The beds were very comfortable, offering the kind of plush relaxation that made falling asleep effortless. Every room was beautifully decorated, creating an atmosphere of elegance.Beyond the home itself, its location was unbeatable. We were just a short walk from Starbucks and minutes from fantastic restaurants, shops, and grocery stores.This rental exceeded every expectation—we truly felt like we had discovered a hidden gem in the Florida Keys. The combination of luxury, comfort, and an unbeatable waterfront location made this the perfect vacation. We will absolutely be back!A huge thank you for providing such a stunning and well-equipped home. It made for an unforgettable getaway, and we can’t wait to return!

We stayed a week at the Sandbar and were very pleased. Beautiful home and immaculately decorated. The view was great too! Only issue was having to share the pool with the seagulls. We will be back!
