We are pleased to introduce “CARNATIONS ” a residency, located at a prime location in the heart of Islamabad. Since 2008, we continue to serve clients from all major International Agencies like the UNDP, UNICEF,JICA,UNFPA, WFP, WHH, GIZ, OMV, UNHCR including all its Projects staff / Offices , etc while a number of local Banks and companies are also on our guest lists. As an additional security measure we do not entertain walk-in guests.

“CARNATIONS”, offers exquisitely furnished 10 spacious luxurious suites, along with a Dining Room and a Living / Common Room, to provide you with a comfortable homely atmosphere.

Each suite is equipped with a mini bar, television and is connected to a Wi-Fi internet facility. An in-house completely automatic telephone exchange with Local / International dialing and intercom facilities take care of communications needs.

The Residency is centrally heated in winters and air-conditioned for summers. Our Business Centre has been designed to meet your Corporate / Secretarial needs.

To ensure uninterrupted power supply at all times the premises has an independent auxiliary power supply backup generator system, besides an Un- interrupted Power Supply System (UPS). Additionally an extensive electronic and physical Security System is also installed to provide our clients a secure and comfortable stay. We are amongst the first ones to be security cleared by the UNDSS .( United Nations Department of Safety and Security )

“CARNATIONS ” has an extensive and well equipped Conference / Committee room designed to hold Business meetings, Seminars, Trainings & Workshops for our corporate clients. Additionally for your corporate functions we have a well equipped Tea and Refreshment Bar. Working Lunches and Hi-Tea arrangements are also optional for such events. We offer a welcome drink and complimentary breakfast to our guests , besides the Tea Bar has a 24/7 complimentary Coffee and Tea for all residents.
