"The hotel is in the beach, a 4 minute walk from town. They cremated tours to cano island and Corcovado national park, which was super convenient. They arranged a fun evening for all the guests on Christmas Eve. The staff are superb. "

"Tres bel endroit, personnel attentionné et très gentil, le barman et manager Mario est toujours disponible pour repondre aux questions et organiser des tours. À quelques pas de ma plage, la nourriture est excellente, que ce soit au dejeuner au diner ou au souper. Seul petit bémol, il n’y a pas d’air climatisée dans les chambres donc un peu chaud mais il y avait tout de meme un ventilateur. "

"I was at the last cabana on the ridge. It had a kitchen in an attached room. It was great to bring back leftovers, make coffee and enjoy local fruit. There were 2 beds, a king and queen. The shower was walk in and everything worked well and was very clean. I ate at the table on the patio, enjoyed the hammock, and entertained by a multitude of birds, ant eater and ajouti. I would definitely come back."

"Hotel Villa Drake is a lovely small family run hotel at the top of the small town. The family are very friendly and happy to help, they cooked us a fresh breakfast every morning, even when we needed it at 5:20am. They arranged tours for us and the father is also a taxi driver so took us to the airport at the end of our trip for a reasonable price. "It was an awesome arrival. We expected a fantastic lobby , but it was lovelier than even on the internet. Very friendly staff, exzellent services, very good choices of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Then the unexpected jungle pathway over bridges and walkways to the separate lodges. Our lodge Marvilla was wonderfull with a huge outdoor bathroom in the middle of the jungle.
