Guests are welcomed in a large and bright living room with dining room and a living area with double white leather sofa, furniture, television. Separate and fully equipped kitchen with appliances and dishes. Going up the internal staircase (15 steps), you reach the air-conditioned sleeping area, consisting of two bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. The master bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe. The second bedroom has three single beds. Available to Guests, both on the first floor (living area and kitchen) and on the second floor (sleeping areas), there are two loggias transformed into a relaxation area equipped with table and chairs. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and wi-fi.
The property is located in the ZTL area with limited traffic, it is possible to access it with the license plate of your vehicle only for loading and unloading luggage. However, nearby paid parking is available and the apartment also has private underground parking with a supplement of 10 euros per day
If there are animals, notify the property. There is a supplement of 30 per stay
A double security deposit of 300 euros is required, which in the case of animals could be increased and which will be returned upon check out
