UPGRADED - Property has a downstairs Master Suite w/King bed and ensuite Bathroom, upstairs private bedroom with 2 XL twin beds and a private bath. Property has an upstairs loft / office area with additional available roll away queen sized bed. Property has a private entry on ground level - no elevators. Townhome is an end unit, nobody above or below you. Irvine is rated as one of the safest and best cities to live in America. Property rents quickly!! Located in the heart of Orange County! Close to beach, Disneyland, shopping and dining. Granite countertops & hardwood floors, with a new in-unit front load washer / dryer, and 55' & 42' Flat screen TVs & Wifi. Fully stocked kitchen w/utensils, dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, etc. You will find everything you need in this townhome to meet your discriminating needs. Full access and 1 minute walk to pools & spa's. Very short walk to beach club, tennis courts and lake (pool / beach club & tennis requires 30 night stay and a small $50 one time fee). Parking convenient in lot directly behind townhome. Available maid service for fee. Most renters stay 2-3 months which keeps this property in great shape because we don't have renters moving in / out each week!! This area was perfect for long walks and breakfasts at local bakery. We didn’t use the water sports but boats were available for very close lakes. The owner was super responsive, although there wasn’t much to have to ask for, it was all there. Quiet comfortable condo

While our home in LA was being renovated, we found this home on VRBO. Owner is very hands on and easy to communicate with. Very accommodating! Great location!

This property was an awesome home base for our family! Upstairs loft provided a great work from home option during our stay. Walkable to 4th of July fireworks, walkable to grocery/coffee shops, easy freeway access & neighborhood ammenities!

We found Eric’s place to be so very warm, inviting. He was lightening fast communicating with us. He handled a sticky situation for us with grace, ease and professionalism. We loved the pool across the street from the condo.

Because I was traveling solo with my 3-month old son for the first and last weeks of my 6-week trip to Orange County, it was really important to me that I stay in a safe location that required very little effort from to check in or out. Heaven knows I had my hands full! The check-in process was seamless, and the overall stay was quite fantastic. The owner was accommodating any time I had a request, and he even sent someone to change out the shower head because I told him it wasn't very functional as it was very blocked with limescale, etc. Any question I had was answered immediately. My only issue was the check-out. First, I did not receive the long list of check-out expectations until after my full stay was paid and not refundable. Second, I was asked to leave earlier than the 10am checkout time originally because he had someone checking in later in the day (in spite of the listing specifically stating that there would be a minimum of 2 days between guests for Covid safety reasons). He ultimately agreed to allow me until the originally agreed 10am time to leave, but on the condition that I begin doing laundry for the cleaning team to aid in the time crunch created by the immediate rental following that afternoon. He also agreed to let me keep my bags in the living room until my ride to the airport arrived at 12:30. In the end, we had to send my son back with my husband, a week earlier than planned, so I could do laundry whilst prepping to leave. A disappointing ending but otherwise okay.

Could not ask for a more relaxing, safe and complete location. The pools, parks and walking trails are right outside your door. Lots of grass, trees and quiet are seldom found in such close proximity to food and shopping. The patio is nice for BBQ’s and just watching the world walk by. We will be back soon!

CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, QUITE AND COZY! I stayed by myself for a month and worked from there as well. The internet speed is over 100MB, therefore had no issues. The lovely home is stocked with just about anything you will need. It is located across from the park and has a nice view. Fully stocked with linens and towels; smart TV allows you to log into your Netflix and Amazon accounts. The porch is a nice space to enjoy the evenings. I enjoyed beautiful walks to the S. Lake everyday and enjoyed going to the Oakcreek Golf club which is also very close. Eric was very responsive to my questions. I had a lovely. peaceful and great month. THANK YOU!

This place is truly terrific! Comfy bed, creature comforts and super clean!! Location is close to everything and host was great. We were worried about parking the second car, no problem at all across the street. Book this place, you won’t be disappointed. We will be back!

This is a great rental! Walking distance to pools, parks, restaurants and more! The place is very quiet and clean and comfortable. You feel at home :) the owner is very helpful and attends to any needs you may have. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. Eric is very attentive and responsive. I am a golfer who loves to play and watch golf. The townhouse didn’t have the golf channel. I sent Eric an email asking him to add it to his cable service. Within 15 minutes of my asking him, he had it working. It’s the little things that count, thanks Eric. The unit is very quiet and comfortable. Nice patio with a park and pool across the street.

This is a wonderful townhouse in Irvine. The place is very clean with up to date furnishings. It is within walking distance to food and Starbucks. It is 5 minutes from U of C Irvine and 10-15 minutes drive to Chapman U. The owner is super easy to work with and follows up to make sure everything is going well upon arrival and during the stay. Highly recommend!

My small family and I stayed for four months during an executive project. It was a perfect fit. The home is clean, well appointed, and well maintained. Woodbridge is an excellent community with plenty of walking/biking trails and fun parks/pools for the little ones. Owner is easy to deal with and has a home to be proud of. Great visit! Would definitely recommend!

The location in Woodbridge is directly across the street from an adult pool and down the block from a family pool. Tennis courts and a walking path along the lake is short walk away. The community of Woodbridge is well maintained and safe. There is easy access to freeways, shopping, restaurants and movie theaters. Eric responded quickly to anything that might come up.

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is very clean and cozy. Eric is great and always available. The apartment is in the middle of everything and is in a very clean and safe area. Definitely, will recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy Ervine. Thank you Eric

We had business in Costa Mesa and stayed here. The location was a beautiful neighborhood for walking, and just a few blocks to grocery stores and good restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was functional and nice looking. Overall layout was great. (My only trivial suggestion is to remove the footboard on the king bed. The room is too small for that piece of furniture - I must have hit my hip on it 6 times trying to get to the dresser. It would be so much nicer without it. ) But I'm still giving this place 5 stars for location, overall quality, and price. We would absolutely stay here again if we get to go back to the OC.
