"Our family recently stayed at this location. The unit sleeps 8 and there were 5 of us, although originally it was booked for 4 people. The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person.The listing never stated that they charged per guest. The property also did not accommodate 8 people at the table for a meal. There were only 3 chairs (one was broken). The living room had a small...

"Horrible stains surprisingly discovered on the bedroom mattress when sheets were removed. Appearance of clean and modern condition ruined by chemical stains on kitchen towels and bathroom floor. Outdoor areas had full trash cans with dried yard debris, apparently left a long time."

"Warning!Host did not respond to any form of communication. Property was not clean, and hazards were present such as broken glass. Amenities not properly stocked. The scariest part was the property was double booked and we arrived back home to the door wide open (next guest given same code). Huge safety red flag. We ended up leaving and having to find different accommodations our last night. "
