"The location is beautiful. The cottages at first appearance are also very nice. The issue was with the cleanliness. There were some built up dusts and smells. Our cottages bathroom had a sweaty feet wet sock smell. The shower leaked so I’m assuming some repairs need to be done and this was the source of the smell. We also had an ant problem but it is that time of year and ants can be very persistent. I ended up with some very suspicious bug bites that were lined up. It was either fleas from it...

"We had a wonderful vacation and this house was perfect in so many ways! Not only is the house in a great location, but it is exceptionally clean and the artistic vibe and property are jaw-droppingly cool and fun! Also, the fact that this is a dog-friendly VRBO with two fully fenced-in areas is a HUGE drawing card for anyone wanting to vacation with their pets (we brought are two dogs). "They say newly renovated not from what we saw. I cleaned the bathroom my self. Old soap left in shower. No room to move around in the room. Never saw any cleaning people even in hallways. Sand in a pile sat in the hallway well we were there. In front of our door. I do not recommend staying here."

"We had the nicest time at this house! The pictures really don’t do this place justice. We loved using the kayaks, screened-in porch, dock, and fire pit. Everything was so clean and the kitchen was stacked with everything you would need. In addition, the host was very communicative and we appreciated his kindness."
