"Staff was very courteous. The room was clean, freshly painted and they came and serviced the room one day during my stay which was very nice. The room was heavily fragranced with a vanilla air freshener that set off my allergies so that was unpleasant but not a huge problem. The biggest issue I had was it seems a particular type of worker used the room adjacent to mine and the guests were very VERY loud and easy to hear through the walls. "

"I recently stayed at Comfort Inn after a long day of snowboarding and specifically chose this hotel because the listing showed amenities like a hot tub, sauna, swimming pool, and fitness center.
Unfortunately, upon arrival I was informed that:
• The hot tub was broken
• The fitness center was closed due to liability issues
• The sauna was also closed due to liability issues

"I had a late check-in and it was smooth and uncomplicated. The room was clean and the kitchenette was well-equipped.
