"We really enjoyed our stay. Be sure to follow the written instructions. We originally put the address provided into google maps and it took us to a different location. After we backtracked and followed the written directions, we arrived! The driveway was washed out in spots, which made traversing in our car a bit difficult. We took it slow and steady and made it. "We had a lovely visit to Arcadia Valley. I brought a friend who had never been there and we enjoyed all of the sites and visited with family. The cabin was perfect. We counted 29 species of birds from the front porch and watched the lightning beetles in the field across the road. It was magical. "

"We used this cabin as a central location for a week of exploring the local state parks. It was a great cabin with all the necessary amenities the beds are incredibly comfortable and we were able to comfortably fit our group of four. Do note that it can feel a bit crowded especially if you have a lot of bags. However we were more than happy staying here!"

"Everything was perfect (except for the weather at check-in!). The location is wonderful, we loved the bathroom/showers and greenhouse where we could hang and eat and admire Benka's plants! (So many orchids!). Keith was an awesome host filling us in on everything - even the surrounding area. The walking paths are beautiful and serine. The additional 5 canine hosts were adorable and Mici I'm so sorry you didn't spend at least one night with us! I wish we would have been able to stay longer...

"What a great cabin to come back to each afternoon after fun-filled days at Elephant Rocks, Johnson Shut-Ins, Shepherd Mountain and Taum Sauk - all within a 35 minute drive. Clean, comfortable, and unexpectedly spacious for our family of four and four-legged friends. But if you don't find it big enough, just step outside to some wonderfully big views on the deck or at the fire pit. We've stayed in quite a few rentals, and this one was definitely at the top of the list. "
