"The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors…hiking, fishing, kayaking…Check-in/out was super easy. Although we heard there might have been a bear, there was no sighting....

"Beautiful home full of charm and character. Easy, check-in. Comfortable temperature inside, despite the heat outside. SUPER comfortable bed (neither fluffy nor firm). The towels smell wonderful (just fresh, not perfumy) :)Quiet, lovely, neighborhood; just 1 block from downtown shops and restaurants etc- easily walkable. "THe Best! They thought of everything! Coffee, Hot Chocolate, First Aid Kit, New Toothbrushes and paste which we didn't use, but how thoughtful. Beautiful location, rolling hills,. on Jackson River.
