"We absolutely loved our stay here. We spent a lot of time on the deck looking at the beautiful water view. Very comfortable furniture outside and inside. Tons of space for everyone to spread out if needed, well-stocked kitchen, great coffee maker. Terrific place to use as a base for exploring Cape Breton. Bonus - Jo, the property manager was terrific! "

"A group of eight guys headed to Cape Breton for 4 nights and five days at Baddeck and luckily picked the best possible place to stay that we could. "The house was nice and the property is beautiful. The ad said it has Air conditioning which it did not but most of the rooms except for one bedroom had ceiling fans which worked well for those rooms. A fan of some type would help with the airflow in the smaller bedroom. We were only there for 2 nights so it didn’t matter to us but the only television was in the master bedroom which might matter to others. "The home was very clean and has beautiful views from every window. Especially the large front windows overlooking the lake. The deck is large and has plenty of room to enjoy meals and coffee in the morning with panoramic lake views and passing sail boats.
