"Pros: has a 24/7 cafe downstairs although I did not try anything there; wifi is good for the Philippines starndard; bed is comfortable; aircon works okay; mart beside the hotel; room lights are great; it has a window and a balcony Cons: staff not friendly, shower is weak and water heater not great; bathroom seems unfinished with workarounds holding the tap or things like that; a bit costly for what it offers to a solo traveler; room is small"

"Nice place. Very close to the Hospital, fast foods, restaurants, department stores, and a church. The staff was very accommodating and friendly! The room was not perfect but it was okay. The sink did not drain properly. The TV signal was very poor. And there was a decent amount of mold in the bathroom. Overall a nice place to stay. Hot water heater, air con, TV were all working but not the best. We were happy with our stay. Thank you!"

"The staff at Bernese Resort was very friendly and promptly attended to our needs. Staff were cleaning all the time , they’ve been there since place started operation.The kitchen staff were so nice , even served us our favorite breakfast on our last day.My only complaint is there’s no place for us to put our bathroom supplies but overall I will recommend the resort."
