It does need a little investment, the furniture and furnishings are tired. Breakfast was good if limited in choice. All the team were pleasant. If you're looking for a comfortable, unflashy stay this hotel perfect."

"Super convenient with self check in which is great when arriving late. Radiator was on full so room was super hot but it cooled quickly with the window open and radiator off. Unfortunately this let a lot of marijuana smoke into the room from somewhere. Shower was surprisingly good Reasonably convenient for the train station. "

"Great location, extremely convenient to Summerhill and downtown Leiston. 10 minute taxi from Saxmundham train station. Book a cab in advance, as many cab “companies” are just a single driver and waits can be long when it’s busy. Host offers a variety of cereal in the morning. Some rooms are up a steep flight of stakes, and host offered help carrying suitcases upstairs. Mattress was on the bouncier side which you may find uncomfortable if sharing the bed.
